Good things here
Our society is conveniently close to the metro station, making transportation easy with autos, buses, and cabs readily available. The nearby market area adds to the convenience. We maintain cleanliness and security with CCTV cameras and reliable lifts. Construction quality is solid, and there's a small park for kids. Most importantly, it's a peaceful place to live.
Things need improvement
Each resident has their designated parking space, though visitor parking is unavailable. Unfortunately, there's an issue with water logging in the basement, and our amenities are lacking.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are readily available within the society, making transportation convenient for residents. The construction quality of the society is also very good, ensuring a durable and comfortable living environment. Residents are very well-behaved and friendly, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Amenities such as the well-maintained kids' play area and the presence of markets and shops within the society premises add to the convenience and quality of life for residents. Overall, the society offers a pleasant and convenient living environment.
Things need improvement
It appears that the society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym. The ongoing constructions causing disturbances and pollution in the surrounding areas are indeed concerning.

Greenary is well-maintained in the society is very pleasent and quit. Hospitals are near to the society.All aminities are preety good in the society.

Maintainance of the lift is not working properly.It is a olfd consruction. Connectivity also very poor in the society.

Maintainance charges are reasonable . Maintaining of lift is preety good. Cabsa nd autos are easily avilable in inside of the society is convienent for residents. Water facility is good.
Things need improvement
N amenities like swimming pool, club house and gym is provided in the society. Railway station and metro connection very far from the society in between 4-5 kms from the society is inconvienent.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good as cabs, autos and metro are easily accessible. Maintenance is also taken care of with regular removal of garbage. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park and tennis court are available. Residents are decent and friendly. Celebration are done together.
Things need improvement
The buildings in the area are not in the best condition. They're kind of old, and their quality is just okay. They might need some fixing up to make them better and last longer.

Good things here
I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. During my time there, the security was excellent because the security guards worked diligently for the residents' safety. The living environment was peaceful as it was situated away from the main road. Connectivity was decent, with everyday necessities easily accessible within walking distance, such as grocery stores and markets. The maintenance of the society was well-handled, and backup options for electricity outages. Furthermore, the construction quality was good, with proper ventilation in all the flats.
Things need improvement
The parking area on the ground floor of the Society is insufficient, leading to difficulties for residents when it comes to parking. The roads outside the community are also in bad condition.

Good things here
This is a small community comprising approximately 30 to 40 families. There are a total of three floors, each with 12 flats. Amenities such as two elevators and ample parking space are available for all residents. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with a bus stop within 700 meters and several schools and hospitals within a 1 to 2 km radius, making them easily accessible. Residents enjoy reliable power backup facilities in common areas and elevators, as well as a consistent water supply. Despite being a bit older, constructed around 10 to 15 years ago, there have been no issues with water seepage thus far.
Things need improvement
There's a slum area behind the community, causing disturbances for the residents. Also, there's no proper cleaning or garbage collection, making things inconvenient for everyone.
