The construction quality is commendable. My residence here has been a positive experience, largely due to the agreeable community atmosphere.
I'm disappointed with the maintenance services in this society. Response times to repair requests are frustratingly slow, often taking weeks for even simple fixes. When maintenance staff do show up, their work is often subpar, requiring multiple follow-ups. Common areas frequently suffer from neglect � broken gym equipment remains unrepaired, landscaping is unkempt, and cleanliness in shared spaces is inconsistent. The management seems unresponsive to complaints about these issues.

The neighborhood is fantastic with so many great facilities! Elevators are installed and well-maintained, complete with power backup to ensure they always work. The buildings are kept looking fresh with timely painting, the most recent one done just recently. Our security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites, and the proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings make our homes comfortable and durable. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, and there�s always a reliable supply of electricity and water, available 24/7. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained for our use. The community here is wonderful, with very nice and friendly neighbors who take care of each other, and the area is pet-friendly too. Connectivity is great, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Additionally, schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby, making life here incredibly convenient. This neighborhood truly offers a comfortable, secure, and friendly living environment!

The auto stand was just outside the society, and Ola and Uber were also available. The residents were cooperative, and all festivals were celebrated. The society had a rainwater harvesting plant, and all modern amenities were well-maintained. The lifts were in good condition, and the society was clean. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation was good, and sunlight entered the flats.
My flat was on the 2nd floor, so I didn't have any water issues, but other residents living on the upper floors faced water scarcity problems. There were traffic issues on the main road outside the society, as the roads were not in good condition.

Transportation is good with easy availability of cabs and buses, despite being crowded with high population density and many houses, wet and dry garbage is segregated, water and electricity are available 24/7 with a power backup system for storms or power cuts, the lift is well-maintained with issues resolved within 24 hours, there is good ventilation seepage issues have been resolved, amenities include a clubhouse, open garden-like ground, CCTV, security, and cameras in elevators, and people on my floor are friendly
Parking is limited to owners and residents only, with no provisions for visitors; traffic congestion occurs mainly on Fridays as nearby residents attend mosques for prayers, and gym timings are inconvenient for me due to my 24-hour shifts. even on the 11th floor although dust and pollution are problem

soceity bohot maintaned hai pani ka koi issue hi hai. bohot clean hai. sari modern amenities hai and achese maintaned hai. recidents ache hai sare festivals manate hai. security coperative hai. soceity ke bahar ke raods aceh hai. auto jaldi mil jate hai. traffic issue nhi hai. parking space bohot hai. visitors ke liye bhi hai soicety ke andar parking. market socity ke bahar hai daily use items mil jate hai.
airport society se bohot dur hai . society ke pass shopping malls nhi hai dur jana padata hai auto lekr jana hota hai..

I moved out of the society now, but it's a good one. All the amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking parks, and elevators are available. Even the backup for lifts is reliable. I feel the society is safe and secure, even during nights. Connectivity is excellent, with mosques, hospitals, and petrol pumps nearby. The roads are broad, and there's a highway nearby too. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with regular garbage collection and no waterlogging issues. He also highlighted the friendly and cooperative nature of the neighbors, who live harmoniously together.
The size of the hall in each flat is a bit smaller than expected. The common hall area within the flats is also smaller. The exterior of the building should be painted more frequently to maintain a pleasant appearance from the outside.
