Good things here
The construction quality of the residential complex was really top-notch, which made me feel secure and confident about where I was living. The apartments were spacious and well-designed, which meant there was plenty of natural light and fresh air, making it a comfortable place to be. Plus, the amenities like the pool, fitness center, and gardens were all really nice and made it easy for people of all ages to enjoy themselves. And being close to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls was really convenient too.
Things need improvement
The amenities weren't up to par, and the lack of maintenance meant that cleanliness and hygiene standards weren't being met. The management team didn't respond well to residents' concerns, which was frustrating. Plus, the security measures weren't sufficient, which made me worry about safety while living there.

Good things here
The society has a really impressive residential complex with top-notch construction quality. The apartments are spacious and designed to let in lots of natural light and fresh air, and there are great amenities like a pool, fitness center, and beautiful gardens that everyone can enjoy. Being close to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls makes life easier too. Plus, the society takes care of things like well-maintained swimming pools, plenty of parking space, shops on-site, and a modern gym facility.

Plus, some residence don't feel safe because of poor security. Also, not having club facilities and limited availability of cabs and autos are adding to their frustrations.

Good things here
The buildings are well-built and make you feel safe. The apartments are roomy and let in lots of light and fresh air, making it a nice place to live. Plus, there are cool things like a swimming pool, gym, and pretty gardens for everyone to enjoy and relax in.
Things need improvement
Some people might find it tricky because cabs or autos aren't always easy to find, and there can be a lot of traffic jams, which makes getting around a bit tough.

Altis is a very good society to live in. Open space is well maintained . Good connectivity and a lot of upcoming projects are there nearby.(Sales Manager) is very polite , cooperative and bound to commit . I recently bought a Flat in this society and it's been a great and satisfying experience through the deal.

The lush green parks and other amenities are available just inside the premises which is very good thing. Police patrolling is done on regular intervals for the safety of the residents. The flats are constructed with good ventilation system to allow sunlight and fresh air.

Maintenance is regularly done and the inside roads are well kept. There is also no issue about the safety as there are CCTV cameras along with security personals that ensure the safety of your family. Must say a very Well-connected project!
