The housing society boasts commendable connectivity, making it easy for residents to access major roads and public transport options. However, maintenance in the housing society is a concern. While the construction is adequate, the maintenance of common areas and facilities could be more consistent. Issues with cleanliness and upkeep may arise, impacting the aesthetic appeal and satisfaction of residents. Additionally, despite the presence of amenities, some residents may find that certain amenities could be improved or expanded to better meet their expectations or cater to specific preferences. All the modern but semi amenities like gym,kid play area,football court. play ground and garden are available in the society. Allocated parking is available for owners and tenants in the society. High security system as there are cctv in all the areas and 24/7 security staff available in the society. Boom barrier facilties are also available in the society. maintenanace is really good in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available.
There is no metro near by the society,there are 2 railway station that you can connect which is mansarovar and kharghar but the bus is available for only mansarovar station so you have catch auto to reach there as frequency of the buses is also limited. There are leakage and seepage issues in the society so the quality of the construction is below average. There was no swimming pool in the society.

Transportation options are convenient with auto and cab services readily available. While the train station is distant, the area is generally clean and well-maintained. Power cuts, though sporadic, are managed with generators for common areas. The construction quality of the society, established over a decade ago in 2014-2015, has been reliable without any collapses. Seepage issues have been minimized with recent waterproofing efforts, and the society offers adequate parking and well-maintained amenities such as gardens, gym, and clubhouse.
Some residents may not meet expectations like some are not good and some are good, and the absence of a swimming pool.
