Good things here
In our community, residents are known for being good-natured and well-rounded individuals. We actively celebrate Hindu festivals such as Bonnalu, Bathukamma, Diwali, Holi, and New Year. The committee members are responsive and supportive whenever issues arise. Our amenities are extensive and include a yoga room, table tennis, a basketball court, a badminton court, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children's play area, a walking track, and a community hall. The society maintains excellent standards with regular cleaning, daily garbage collection, and reliable lifts. We enjoy consistent water and power supply, and the connectivity is convenient with bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and hospitals all within a 1 km radius. The roads are well-maintained, street lights are operational, and ample parking space is available.
Things need improvement
Occasional leakage issues in the society are promptly addressed by the maintenance team to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents.

Good things here
I have no issues with connectivity; autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport are all nearby. There is also a hospital close by. Maintenance is mostly good. The cleaning is regular, and garbage collection is prompt. The neighbourhood is friendly, and the people are nice. The security is strong with CCTV, and there is enough parking space for residents and guests. The amenities are good.
Things need improvement
I have corner parking, so the cleaning is not proper there. The cleaners keep the lift busy by leaving their bucket at the gate, which makes it hard for us to go to our offices in the morning. There is also leakage in the home walls.

Good things here
I'm really satisfied with my decision to live here. The housing society offers all modern amenities like a gym and a pool, which is great. While I'm mostly busy with work, I haven't encountered any issues with my neighbors so far. The connectivity to other parts of the city is excellent, and having full greenery and a good play area for kids nearby adds to the appeal.
