Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup availability. Garbage collection is efficient, ensuring cleanliness. Construction quality is very good with few to no visible structural issues. Connectivity is very good, with cabs and autos easily accessible. Greenery around the society is extensive, providing a serene environment. Security measures are good in the society, ensuring safety. Cleaning efforts are effective, maintaining hygiene standards. Construction quality is very good with minimal visible issues. Green spaces are well-maintained, perfect for leisurely walks.
Things need improvement
Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, children's play area, and indoor games room, are not available within the society. There are some maintenance issues with the lifeguard service, which are being addressed. Parking availability is a concern in the society. Visitor access is available, but there are access constraints. Supermarkets and other facilities are conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers from the society.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. People are very friendly and supportive in the society. Construction quality is very good; the garages are spacious and have been maintained for over 35 years. There are no gas or sanitation issues in the society. The repainting is done every 10 years on the buildings. Amenities like a clubhouse, kids' area, football court, and table tennis are available in the society. There are a lot of hospitals nearby, providing coverage in emergencies. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 200 meters from the society.
Things need improvement
Water facilities are not good in the society. The water is clean but there is a shortage, and water tankers come weekly thrice, which is very inconvenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available in the society. There is no metro nearby the society.

Maintenance is generally good, with regular cleaning and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality is solid, with no major issues. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, are well-maintained and enjoyable. Connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around with autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport nearby. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. CCTV and security measures are reliable, ensuring a safe environment. There are no issues with stray dogs as well.
Things need improvement
The lifts break down frequently, making it difficult for residents. The management is very slow in addressing issues. The garbage collectors are rude and not very cooperative. Parking is poorly managed, with people parking far apart, taking up unnecessary space, and making it hard for me to move my vehicle. The security does not take any initiative to manage the parking better.

Transportation connectivity was decent, with the main road just 1. 2 km away, making it easy to access public transport. There wasn't much traffic, and parking was available in the basement. The construction was well-ventilated, and the elevators were functioning properly. The people in the society were cooperative and friendly, creating a pleasant living environment. Overall, the society offered a comfortable and convenient place to live.
Things need improvement
The society was 1. 2 km inside from the main road, requiring a walk for public transport. Some flats had seepage problems and cracks. While basic construction was good, amenities were still under construction, which was inconvenient. Despite functioning elevators, the lack of completed amenities reduced the overall satisfaction. These issues made it challenging to fully enjoy the living experience in the society.

, I am delighted with the living conditions here. The connectivity is excellent, making commuting a breeze. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. The community is very social, with friendly neighbors who love to interact and participate in various activities. Additionally, the gym, pool, and clubhouse facilities are fantastic

Good things here
Public transport is readily available at any hour of the day, and I have my own parking space. The construction quality and ventilation are good, with multiple balconies in each flat, including one in the hall and even some in the kitchen. There is a play area and ample space for walking within the society. Recent maintenance efforts have significantly improved the cleanliness, addressing previous issues effectively.
Things need improvement
There used to be friendly people in the society, but that seems to have changed. There was a financial mismanagement issue in the past where funds for maintenance were allegedly misused for personal gain by former committee members.

Good things here
I love the excellent construction quality here. The apartments have proper ventilation. The amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. Connectivity is great, with public transport easily available and several schools and a market nearby. The neighbors are very nice and always ready to help. The society is secure with CCTV cameras and security guards, and garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste.
Things need improvement
The main issue is the sewage problem in the lane outside the society, which is also causing damage to the roads. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Good things here
The water facility in our society operates smoothly, providing uninterrupted service 24 hours a day. Additionally, the club house and gym are maintained to a high standard, offering residents excellent recreational amenities. The availability of cabs and autos within the society premises adds a significant level of convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The society unfortunately does not have a swimming pool, and there is a slight issue with pollution in the area. Additionally, there can be some traffic congestion, particularly during the night.

This place is very accessible with autos, cabs, metro, and a railway station nearby. The roads are in good condition, and there is no traffic. The building is well-kept with working lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The area has good sunlight and ventilation. The neighbors are friendly
Things need improvement
There are no gardens, children's play areas, swimming pools, gyms, or clubs in this society. There is leakage issue in the bathrooms which is a major issue which needs some attention over it .

The society's structure is incredibly sturdy; there are no leaks or breaks anywhere in it. Security and CCTV are always in operation, and the area is well-kept. When there are issues, neighbours are there to help and support one another.
Things need improvement
The lack of a food store in the community poses issues for its members. They have to go far to obtain their daily needs. There are no rickshaws or cars accessible for residents close to the society. There is no parking facility in the society.
