The society maintains a clean and safe environment, with nearby amenities such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, and grocery stores readily available. Thoughtful planning ensures ample ventilation and natural light, complemented by amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The cooperative and helpful neighbors further enhance the sense of community, always ready to lend a hand in times of need.

The vicinity around the society often grapples with heavy traffic congestion, especially given its proximity to numerous IT companies. Traffic jams have become a significant issue in the area, causing inconvenience to residents. Moreover, the high volume of vehicles passing through has led to increased pollution levels, negatively impacting our health. It's a concerning issue that requires attention and potential solutions to alleviate the traffic congestion and address the environmental impact on our well-being.

Challenges include distant markets, frequent parking problems, and inadequate street lighting. Additionally, parks are poorly maintained. These issues, such as traffic jams, distant markets, parking, lighting, and park upkeep, detract from the overall convenience and aesthetics of the society.

Good things here
It is a great society where everything is available for our need. Awesome public transport and has such a beautiful environment. Easy cab auto availablity and also roads are clean & maintained. Due to police patrolling we feel safe at night. Rare crime reported and also well lit streets. Markets and grocery stores are available at walkable distance. Amazing hospitals, schools and restaurants are available. The internet connectivity is phenomenal and no issues have been faced for it. Ventilation and proper sunlight along with additional staircases are available. Easy rapido, auto availability anytime. Blink it also delivers in the area. CCTVS are installed and taken care of in a very efficient manner. Playground is very big and maintained really well with cleanliness taken in account.
Things need improvement
There are huge traffic jams whenever I have some important works to do. Nothing is bad here that I wrote. Affordable prices of rent but sometimes you feel alone because people of this locality are not helpful.

People nature wise are nice, amenities are there in the society such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym and garden area is here. Also public transports like Auto, Rickshaw are easily available
Things need improvement
The society doesnot celebrate all the events in the society, depends on the people which festival they want to celebrate though its not h big problem but the major problem is maintenance of the society is worst every alternative month we face issues with garbage picker has not arrived because they have not received their salary. The construction is also average not good.

Suppply of water is 24*7. connectivity is high point because society is highway connected, and all local transport available Infront of society gate. there are 2 shopping malls are present near to the society which is big plus point. no construction issues like leakage or seepage. society is pets friendly. all modern amenities are there in the society also covered basement and visitors parking is also available
Things need improvement
Outside the society there are groups of stray dogs which is not good. for security they don�t use apps like no broker hood or my gate app. there is no power backup for flats.

Society me sabhi amenities available hai like swimming pool, club house, gym park or sabhi cheeze maintain rehti hai, school or hospital available hai nearby so connectivity�bhi�achi�hai.

Society ki built quality thodi si kharab thi, or flats me jaha paani ka kaam hota tha waha seepage ka thoda sa issue to rehta tha but bohot zyada�issue�nahi�tha

The society has a gym, swimming pool, garden, and play area. Autos and buses are available within walking distance from the society. The residents are very friendly, and all festivals are celebrated. There are no issues of leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society were in poor condition, with gravel roads. There was a significant issue of water logging. The swimming pool was only operational during summers; otherwise, it was not well-maintained.
