Good things here
Maintenance is well taken care of, issue resolution is very fast, whenever the issue is raised it get resolve within few hours.
Things need improvement
There should be more greenery in the society and parks etc. should be well maintained.

There was no gas pipeline, it should be there and there was a parking issue, the parking space was quite small, so there was a problem.

Good things here
According to Delhi the ventilation of the society is very good because there is a lot of crowded area in Delhi, so according to that the ventilation is very good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the flooring is not good, the water pipeline gets damaged and has to be repaired again and again or the amenities are not of much use.

The society boasts excellent connectivity with proximity to tech parks, schools, and hospitals, while also having amenities including a gym, pool, community hall, and play area.

The only drawback of this society is that the exterior painting of the buildings was not conducted regularly.

Location is very good. There is a very good garden and space is enough. Connectivity is best.
Things need improvement
Washing machine, water filter problem arises suddenly, but maintenance is not helping us. There is no maintenance team. No lift facility is there.

Nearby markets, malls,school, hospital all are there. All the facilities. Good location.

Facilitis are there but chargeable. High charges of maintenance like, but facilities not provided as per the charges.
