Good things here
Living here is incredibly convenient for me, as all public transport options are easily accessible, with a nearby metro station just a short distance away. I'm impressed by the excellent construction quality of the society. The flats are spacious and well-ventilated, built using high-quality materials. It's great to have access to a range of amenities within the society, including a swimming pool and club house, which enhance the overall living experience for me. I appreciate the society's high standards of maintenance. The cleanliness is well-maintained, with timely garbage collection and overall upkeep ensuring a pleasant environment.
Things need improvement
In my experience, I find the society to be quite good overall, with no major issues. However, I do feel that there's room for improvement when it comes to parking space. Apart from that, I haven't encountered any other areas that need improvement.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic issues. Autos and buses are easily available. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. The residents are cooperative, and there is sufficient greenery. The lifts are well-maintained, and water is available 24/7. Maintenance charges are justified, and there is enough parking for residents.
Things need improvement
In the society, there is no inside parking allocated for visitors; cars have to be parked outside the society premises. The nearest metro station is 2. 5 km away from the society.

Good things here
The society is well maintained and kept very neat and clean .All the necessary amenities are available in the society and well maintained and the people are also very good and come together to celebrate all the festivals .
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a bit prolem as there is no nearby metro station.The only way to travel is either by a presonal vehicle or by public transport.
