Good things here

I used to swim in the pool every day. It is very clean, and they change the water every week. The construction quality is very good. I like my room because they used outstanding plaster quality and the rooms are well-ventilated. We have 5 to 6 security guards, and each block has CCTV cameras available, working 24/7. In terms of connectivity, there is a petrol bunk, supermarkets, and banks just opposite the society. Hospitals and schools are 500 meters away. The road quality is good, and the street lights are working properly. There are good parking spaces available. Maintenance-wise, they do proper cleaning every day, including the floors and gardens. Garbage is collected daily, the lift works properly, and they have done proper painting. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.

I use the walking track in the evening; it is very large and peaceful. Location-wise, the society is opposite Devi Temple, supermarkets, grocery stores, and a bank. A school is 500 meters away. The road quality is good, and there is ample parking space for residents. Proper street lights are available within the community. Amenities include two swimming pools, a clubhouse, a kids' play area, a walking track, and a community hall. There is frequent garbage collection every day, and the elevators are well-maintained, safe, and secure. We have a 24/7 water and electric supply. They clean the common areas, garden, and floors daily. The construction quality is outstanding, with no seepage issues, and the rooms are well-ventilated. The surrounding people are helpful and have good interactions with each other.
