I used to live earlier in that society. construction accha hai society ka. Connectivity theek hai, public transport mil jata tha. No waterlogging issues. Playground hai society mein. No seepage issues there, Balcony acchi thi flats mein wahan. Parking area hai bahar area me hi cars khadi hoti hain.
Biggest issue is ke Bijli , paani nahi hain waha pe society mein. Bijli , paani ke liye efforts laga rahe hain woh log ke kahi se mil jaaye. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse , gym kuch nahi hai society mein. Security guards ko paise nahi milte the , toh woh bade pareshan rehte the. Bohot logo ka paisa maara hai society walo ne.

According to Amandeep, people are pretty much decent to live with, when the events are there its celebrated hugely, you can easily find the cabs or auto near the society

The only positive aspect of the society was the friendly, helpful, and cooperative nature of the people residing there. Festivals were celebrated together, fostering a sense of community. Additionally, local transportation was easily accessible, with auto cabs readily available. The timely cleanliness of the area, including garbage collection, was also�commendable.
My experience living in that society was extremely negative. Despite residing there for nearly five years due to nearby commercial setups, I encountered numerous issues. The build quality was abysmal, with all buildings plagued by structural problems. Water supply was erratic, security measures were insufficient with no CCTVs, and amenities were non-functional or nonexistent. Despite timely maintenance payments, no facilities were provided. The metro was located approximately 25 kilometers away, and the parking area was poorly maintained and not properly�allocated.

There is 1 chemist shop and 1 grocery shop in the society. people are friendly and cooperative. .
There is no place for children to play,there is no gym . there is no shopping complesx and no swimming pool and no lift.

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos nearby. Basic needs shops are also present nearby. Maintenance is fine with CCTVs and Elevators installed. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There are no water logging issues in the society premises. There is a park in the society which is well maintained. Residents are decent. The overall environment of the society is good.
Proper market area is not available nearby. some inconvenience caused due to CCTVs and Elevators, as they stop working sometimes. Some water logging issues exist outside the society. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. Residents do not celebrate festivals and occasions.

This society has many parks where children can play, and people can take a break amidst greenery. The roads are in good condition, and there are enough shops within the society. Additionally, there is a gym facility available for residents.
Sometimes, we don't have enough public transport options in our society. Also, we face occasional problems with electricity and water supply.

Ther society people are very good. many facilities like gym,clubhouse etc are currently being built.
The pathholes in the road are filled with water. there is no cleanniness outside the socity. there is lot of cows who roam around the society.
