The society benefits greatly from its prime location on the main road, providing excellent connectivity for residents. All necessities, including grocery stores, vegetable markets, and fruit shops, are conveniently within walking distance. Additionally, there are several international schools situated within a 2km radius of the society. The community is small, with only two blocks, fostering a close-knit atmosphere among residents Water supply is reliable, and the surroundings are consistently clean and well-maintained, because of the good maintenance of the association in implementing regular cleaning practices. The flats have excellent ventilation due to their well-designed structure and spacious balconies. Essential amenities such as ample parking on the ground floor, well-maintained elevators, and reliable power backup options are available. read more
