The maintenance charges in the society are approximately 5000 rupees per month. However, it's inconvenient that amenities like swimming pools and clubhouses are not available. Facilities such as grocery stores and vegetable markets are present but are a bit distant from the society. Similarly, hospitals are also quite far, around 3-4 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient in case of emergencies. The maintenance of the society is good; there are no problems with the water supply, and cleaning and everyday garbage collection services are efficient due to the good association. The construction design of the society is excellent, with good ventilation. There is a lift, and the staircase is well-maintained. The paint factory is located behind the society from which the smell of ethanol frequently emanates. Because of this, we have to keep our windows shut. and the second problem is there are a lot of rats in this society and sometimes we also face the issue of seepage otherwise society is great in terms of cleanliness, and maintenance. and one more thing people are also not that much friendly to each other. read more
