Maintenance costs are quite reasonable at around 2. 5 rupees per square foot, which we currently pay. We are highly satisfied with the amenities offered in our society. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to cabs and autos through Ola or Uber bookings. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are not only available but also very convenient. We are pleased with the maintenance services provided. Parking facilities are ample and well-maintained within the society. The water facility operates 24/7, and there is consistent availability of power backup. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate daily pickups for wet and dry waste.
Public transportation, such as buses, is available but inconveniently located approximately 1. 5 km away from the society. The absence of a dedicated parking facility adds to the inconvenience. Minor issues like cracks in the walls are also present within the society, which can be bothersome. Moreover, traffic outside the society further compounds the challenges faced by residents.

Connectivity with cabs is easy if we book Ola or Uber in the society. Water facilities are very good, and there is a power backup available. Garbage collection is also very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. There are grocery shops inside the society, which is very convenient. The greenery in the society is very good, and the environment is pleasant. Cleaning services are very good; they keep the society clean and hygienic. Overall, the greenery and environment in the society are excellent.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Metro are still under construction near the city's suburbs. Maintenance should be improved in the society.

There are no nearby metro or bus stations in the vicinity, which raises questions about the lack of accessibility. Hospitals such as Atakar and Ramachandra Hospital are available but quite far, approximately 5 km away from the society.

Construction quality is not good in the area; there are some issues with pests, which is very inconvenient. There are pests in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

The place is goos to live, it is on the main road so transportation services are top-notch, and connectivity is great. The neighborhood is also great. The gym is there some time it's on maintenance, I personally don't like the equipment there but overall it is nice. It just needs to enhance it's visitor's parking area as it has common visitor parking area, I think it should be enhanced and located to each block so that it can be no longer issue if my family comes by in festivals. the market area is nearby, good for families to live.

The guards are never off duty. There are no dogs on the streets and parking is not a problem in the community. The structure is quite sturdy, and there are no termite issues in the community. Nowhere are there seepage or leakage problems.
