Good things here
Living here is a delight mainly due to its excellent connectivity and vibrant social life. The location gets top marks with everything close by, including good schools, making it incredibly convenient for families. Moreover, the maintenance here is impeccable; all upkeep tasks are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. The community's commitment to maintaining high standards contributes significantly to the overall appeal. Another positive aspect is the inclusive social environment; there's a strong sense of unity with no discrimination between tenants and owners, fostering a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere.
Things need improvement
One noticeable issue is with the amenities provided; despite a satisfactory pool facility, there is a lack of other essential amenities such as a park. Moreover, the parking situation can be frustrating as there's no designated parking for visitors, forcing them to park outside and often blocking the main road, which can lead to congestion and inconvenience for residents and visitors alike. Another area of concern is with the construction quality; although the buildings look good and are well-ventilated, there have been reported issues with the walls, which could potentially affect long-term durability and maintenance costs.

Good things here
People of the society were good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were well maintained Connectivity offers a range of efficient transportation choices, such as well-organized bus services, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, ensuring easy access to essential services and facilities nearby. Additionally there's a spacious park within the society that not only provides ample space for children's recreational activities but also strengthens the community bonds among residents. Moreover the society is renowned for its well-maintained parking area, designed with ample space for residents to comfortably park their vehicles. The parking facilities are constructed using durable materials to ensure they remain free of cracks or leakage underscoring the society's commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail. Furthermore the operational CCTV cameras and elevators significantly contribute to the community's smooth operation enhancing safety and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
There were no issues in the society. Experience was really very good with many facilities. Maintenance were great. People were friendly and cooperative.
