The maintenance of the society is excellent, ensuring everything is well-kept. Water facilities are very satisfactory, and reliable power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups, maintaining cleanliness throughout. Connectivity through cabs and autos is easily accessible with advance booking. Public transportation is conveniently located within walking distance, enhancing the society's accessibility. Metro stations are also conveniently situated within a 500-meter radius, providing further convenience for residents. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and meticulously maintained, offering a variety of enjoyable activities. Maintenance charges are reasonable, ensuring affordability for residents. Nearby hospitals cater to emergency medical needs. The society boasts ample greenery and spacious parking areas, with dedicated visitor parking available as well.
Things need improvement
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is not readily available, which is highly inconvenient for residents who rely on them for travel ease. The transportation infrastructure in the area is lacking, exacerbating the inconvenience. Public transportation is also unavailable, further compounding the travel difficulties. Water facilities are inadequate, with dependency solely on tankers and frequent instances of empty water tanks, causing significant inconvenience. The construction quality is very poor, evident from peeling paint and tiles in the basement, which adds to the overall inconvenience faced by residents.

Connectivity in our small community is excellent, with readily available cable TV and internet services. Power backup ensures uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups. The construction quality is commendable, free from any leaks or seepage issues. Maintenance charges are reasonable for residents. Public transportation options such as buses are conveniently located within walking distance and operate frequently. Numerous grocery stores nearby offer easy access to daily necessities. The greenery in the area is abundant and well-maintained, enhancing the overall appeal and tranquility of our community.

The water facilities in our society are inadequate, occasionally experiencing issues. Unfortunately, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gyms are not yet available.

The construction quality of the society stands out for its excellence, even with its age, as there are no issues with leakage. Residents are known for their friendliness and helpfulness, coming together to celebrate all festivals. A nearby supermarket provides convenient access to groceries, vegetables, dairy, and fruits. Additionally, the society offers amenities like a badminton court, ample parking for everyone, and well-maintained lifts that are always operational.
Things need improvement
The primary drawback of this society is its lack of connectivity. There are no nearby shopping malls or schools, and there's no bus stop in the vicinity. Moreover, the metro station is approximately 1 km away, which may pose challenges for residents in terms of commuting and access to essential facilities.

Good things here
I really liked the excellent construction quality of my flats and the building overall. There were no issues with seepage or termites, and the plaster and fittings were done properly. Having bus, auto, and cabs nearby, along with schools and markets close by, made life convenient. The 24-hour availability of electricity and water, well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, and security guards added to the comfort. Regular garbage collection with segregation was also appreciated.
Things need improvement
One major drawback was the lack of parking facilities. Additionally, there were no amenities available; it was just a standalone building. My landlord or owner wasn't very friendly or cooperative, although everyone else in the building was helpful.

The neighbors are friendly and humble, and tenants living there have no trouble. Public transport is easily available, with buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are good. Garbage collection is regular and segregated into wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, and the carpet area is good.
Things need improvement
Since it's a residential complex and not a society, it lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. There isn't even a garden. Additionally, there are no markets or schools nearby, so connectivity isn't great. Other than that, the rest of the things were acceptable.

Back when I lived there, I really liked the friendly and humble neighbors, the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards, and the reliable connectivity. Regular garbage collection, ample parking, well-maintained elevators, and uninterrupted electricity and water supply were also great. There were no issues with seepage or termites, and the plaster and fittings were top-notch.
Things need improvement
Despite the positives, transportation was a big issue. It was difficult to find autos, cabs, or buses easily, and the roads were not in good shape. Another downside was the lack of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or garden/play area. but still I was satisfied with the things we got compared to the price we were paying.

In the society everyone is having designated parking. The elevators are reliable and well-maintained, and we never had issues with electricity or water supply, which is great. The construction quality is excellent, with no problems like seepage or termite issues. The plaster and fittings are well-done, and having amenities like a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained adds to the quality of life. The neighbors are friendly, and it's reassuring to have CCTV cameras and security guards available.
Things need improvement
One of the downsides is the lack of public transportation options and also regular garbage collection could be improved, it's not done on a regular basis.
