Good things here

The people in our society are friendly and respectful, fostering a pleasant atmosphere. Transportation options like cabs and autos, including services like Ola and Uber, are easily accessible. Public transport is also conveniently located within a short walk from the society, approximately 200 meters away. The cleanliness of the society is commendable, with thorough cleaning conducted twice daily. Our society boasts well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area. We have reliable water supply available 24/7, along with power backup. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection for wet and dry waste, adding to the convenience for residents.

Things need improvement

The maintenance care in our society leaves much to be desired. Additionally, hospitals are located quite far, approximately 3-4 kilometers away, posing significant inconvenience, especially during emergencies.

Good things here

Cabs and taxis can be easily booked here.Metro station is also at a short distance. There is a park nearby for children to play. Good schools and hospitals are nearby.The street lights on the road work properly.Maintenance charges are normal and everyone pays on time.

Things need improvement

The rent here is a little high. Polythene garbage is thrown on the roadside.There are no good restaurants available nearby. There are potholes at many places on the road which need repairing.

Furthermore, the community celebrates various festivals and organizes food stalls, fostering a vibrant atmosphere.

Different types of well-structured 2BHK and 3BHK apartments are available in HM Indigo and each of them is a perfect combination of style and comfort. The maintenance cost of staying here is a bit high.

My friend suggested HM Indigo and my experience was excellent. The property is located in JP Nagar and has good connections with reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, metro stations, IT hubs.
