Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Parking space is avilable. People are friendly and cooperative. Renovations are done on time.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society.

Good things here
Within a 2-kilometer radius of this society, you can easily find everything from grocery shops to vegetable markets, as well as autos and metro buses. Inside the Samiti, there are no issues with water supply, power backup, or garbage collection; everything runs smoothly. The festivals and cultural events in the Samiti are the best, adding to its charm.
Things need improvement
The society is quite old, about 30 years old, and the construction quality has deteriorated significantly. There's dampness in the walls, which is very noticeable, and the plaster starts falling off. This calls for reconstruction of the society, which means it will be completely demolished and rebuilt. Despite being around for so long, there are still no amenities in the society, such as a swimming pool or security guard system. thats why im planning to leaving this society.

The construction quality of the society is very good. The location is ideal offering residents amenities that underscore the community's dedication to quality. Swimming pools, clubhouse, and gym were available in the society in well-maintained condition. There is a spacious park that provides ample space for children to play and relax, thereby enhancing the community's appeal. The environment of the society is good. There were no sealing and seepage issues. There were no issues of water and electricity supply. The managing team is also good and cooperative. Maintenance was good
Things need improvement
There were not a tight security. Cctvs were not available. Elevators were also not there. Parking area was also not there people face difficulties in parking. There should be a parking space for residents. Connectivity was also not strong.

The construction quality is solid, providing a comfortable living environment. The residents are friendly, fostering a welcoming and supportive community. Overall, these positive aspects make the society a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
The society faces some challenges. The maintenance is average, and the lack of proper parking space management often causes chaos. Additionally, no amenities are provided by the society, which significantly affects the overall living experience. These issues need to be addressed to improve the quality of life in the society.

Good things here
There was an issue with ventilation in the society. There were markets and grocery stores available nearby. However, public transport like autos, buses, and rickshaws was not easily available around the society. The construction quality was good. All festivals like Diwali and Holi were celebrated. Garbage collection, lift maintenance, and CCTV were well-maintained without any issues; the maintenance was very good. There was also good greenery in the area. The monthly maintenance charge was Rs. 500.
Things need improvement
The local train station was 7 kilometers away from the society. However, amenities like a playground, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool were not available because it was a small residential building and not a large society

The society, being a three-story building, lacked essential amenities such as sufficient space for gardening or leisure activities. Limited parking availability posed a constant challenge, making it difficult for both residents and visitors to park conveniently. Overall, the lack of recreational space and inadequate parking facilities detracted from the overall living experience.

The construction quality of the society is good and the neighbors of the society are very helpful and cultural events are celebrated. are The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time.
Things need improvement
We don't have things like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, parking area, or playground for kids here. Also, there's no mall or market nearby. The road outside our community is really narrow, so it's hard for cabs and autos to get through. This makes it tough for us to travel. And sometimes, the water supply from our community's source isn't very dependable, water crisis happens at times.

The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly.

The construction quality is average, sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced. But that is managable. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks are not available in the society.

The people here are friendly and sociable, and we often come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals.
Things need improvement
There is no garbage segregation or dedicated parking. The society is seven years old and lacks amenities and security measures. Additionally, there is a water shortage issue during the summer.
