Good things here
let's start with point to point. 1. power cut is very rare in this apartments / area. 2. as there is some water issue but may be it's because normal tap water doesn't suits me. 3. security guards are at the gate 24/7. so no outsider can enter without giving their details. 4. society has garden area and pool so children can enjoy there with their parents.
Things need improvement
area is around duat and trees so you should have to do pesticides in your house. at night there is constant weird sound keep irritating all of us. I guess it's because of construction sites.
