Good things here
Connectivty like cabs and autos are easily available in the society , water supply is very good, power supply also available. Other facilities are very good, they include convenience and safety in the vicinity. Hospitals are available within close proximity. Maintenance staff is very good, ensuring a clean environment. Greenery in the area is sufficient. The location is very good and secure. People are very friendly and approachable, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor, and there are no steps or other amenities in the vicinity. Because it is an old building, around 30 years old, there are issues in the site. Amenities like the swimming pool and gym are not maintained well, and the kids' play area needs attention. Maintenance costs are expensive. Parking is a concern in this society as there is no parking for some people, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
I really appreciate the convenience of living here, especially with the excellent connectivity and easy access to buses, autos, and cabs all day long. Having a hospital and market nearby makes life so much easier. The construction quality is superb, no leaks or termite problems, and the ventilation is great throughout the apartments. It's reassuring to have designated parking and see everyone following the community rules. The regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, keeps things tidy. And I love having amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool so well-maintained. Plus, my neighbours are fantastic, educated, friendly, and always respectful.
Things need improvement
There's nothing to complain about here. This society has everything I need to live happily. I've never had any issues since I moved in, and my experience here has been really smooth and enjoyable.

My experience here has been quite pleasant. The connectivity is reliable, with convenient access to autos, cabs, and other public transport options including a metro station nearby, making commuting straightforward. Maintenance services are efficient, with well-maintained common areas and regular garbage collection with wet and dry seggregation. The construction quality is good, providing comfortable and spacious living spaces with adequate ventilation and natural light. The gym, swimming pool and club house meet expectations and enhance the quality of life. Neighbours are generally friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
One concern I have noticed is the presence of street dogs, which can sometimes pose a safety risk, especially for children. Addressing this issue could further improve the living experience and ensure a safer environment for all residents.

Good things here
The excellent gym and swimming pool facilities are fantastic for staying active and relaxed. Transportation is convenient with autos and cabs readily available. Two excellent schools are nearby, Gopal Garden School and Shree Shree Ramshinka School. Waste is collected on time, ensuring the society remains clean. There are no issues with water seepage, water blockage, or cracks in the building. Our neighbors are very cooperative and supportive
Things need improvement
The issue of water logging needs urgent attention as it causes inconvenience and potential health hazards during rainy seasons. The absence of a playground is disappointing, especially for families with children who need a safe space to play outdoors.

Good things here
Public transport is easily accessible. Since the society is near the main road, buses and autos are readily available. The society has a garden and play area. Residents are decent, and cleanliness is maintained. Festivals are celebrated together. Water is available 24/7. The flat has good ventilation, with ample sunlight.

The society experiences significant traffic issues, especially during peak hours. There are some issues with leakage and seepage in the society. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

Good things here
The public transport is easily accessible from the society. The metro station is within walking distance from the society; it costs about 20 rupees by auto. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents are decent. The lifts are maintained well. The cleanliness was up to the mark, and water was available 24/7.
Things need improvement
Outside roads of the society are not well-maintained. There are no modern amenities in the society. Mostly South Indian festivals are celebrated in the society.

Good things here
The neighbours are friendly, helpful, and have excellent conversations. Timely cleaning is completed, and constant security is in place. Parking is not an issue, and there are no pet-related problems. There are no issues and the elevators are operating efficiently. Clinics and shopping centres are close by.

There are no issues facing the people in the society, and everything is operating as it should. Living in the civilization is highly handy for people since everything they need is close by.

The society's ambiance is excellent, giving it a positive appeal to the entire community. There are many big trees within the society, and a temple where festivals, pujas, and cultural programs are conducted. Connectivity is good with nearby buses and a metro station. Maintenance charges are affordable with no water or electricity issues, and there are ample parking spaces for everyone. Overall maintenance is excellent.

There are no drawbacks or dislikes about this society. The only thing is that additional amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are added advantages for residents.
