Good things here
Our community, which is 10 years old, has a good garden area where children used to play games and we can take some rest. Connectivity is excellent, with New Horizon School, pubs, restaurants, medicine shops, and a homeopathy clinic all within 1 km. The newly constructed road is good, and street lights are there. We have separate slots for visitors and residents. Maintenance-wise, our staff works very well, ensuring proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. We repaint every 5 years and have a 24/7 water and power supply. Our amenities include indoor games, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a walking track. People are friendly and have good interactions with each other.
Things need improvement
Water in the user's society is hard, affecting its quality for daily use. Residents often face challenges related to scaling and the need for additional water treatment solutions.

Good things here
In the society, there are no issues with water or electricity. CCTV and security are good and active all the time. The neighbors are nice and friendly, celebrating festivals together. Cleaning is done regularly and on time.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are important for relaxation and recreation. Residents do not have access to these facilities within the society, which affects their ability to enjoy leisure activities nearby. This absence can make the living experience less enjoyable for those who value these amenities.

Good things here
A couple of years ago, I withdrew from society. At that time, the only redeeming qualities I found were its amenities, such as a well-equipped clubhouse, ample open spaces, and robust security measures. Additionally, the maintenance of greenery was commendable. And also people are friendly.
Things need improvement
A couple of years ago, I departed from this society, and at that time, there were numerous drawbacks. Transportation facilities were lacking, with only cab bookings available, and the roads were in poor condition, plagued by heavy traffic. Maintenance was also inadequate, particularly evident during the summer months when residents faced water issues. Additionally, there were problems with seepage due to substandard construction standards, exacerbating living conditions. Moreover, COVID restrictions added another layer of challenge during that period.

The location offers exceptional convenience, with essential amenities within a 3 km radius, including bus stands, shopping malls, and schools. The surroundings are well-maintained, with daily cleaning and regular garbage disposal. Residents enjoy access to swimming pools and gyms, fostering a healthy lifestyle. The community celebrates festivals such as Dusshera and Holi together.
Things need improvement
Residents face issues with wall quality, experiencing leaks and seepage problems. Additionally, there's a lack of amenities in the community.

There are a total of around 97 families residing in this community. The construction quality is excellent, as evidenced by the absence of problems such as cracks or water leakage, owing to the high standard of construction. The connectivity of the society is outstanding, as it is situated in a prime location with several international schools and supermarkets located within a 1km radius. Additionally, there are good public transportation options available, with several bus stops nearby. The community benefits from 24/7 water supply due to diligent maintenance efforts. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The open area of the community is very less and no walking paths in this community for residents to walk around.

Good things here
Residing in this community for the last 10 years, I haven't faced any problems related to leakage or seepages due to good construction quality. The connectivity within a 10-minute travel distance to schools, markets, government banks, temples, and petrol bunks is excellent. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with power backups not only for common areas but also inside the flats. The society is well-maintained with good play areas and parking options. The neighborhood is also good.
Things need improvement
The residents of this community are facing major problems with traffic because there are a lot of IT parks located in the surroundings.

Celebrating all festivals together creates a strong bond and a sense of togetherness among the residents.

There are some minor leakages due to the construction not being up to the mark in this society.

This community is very well-connected to places such as supermarkets, which are around 1 kilometer away. Schools are approximately 1.5 kilometers away, and there are a few clinics, small grocery stores, and vegetable shops within walking distance. The amenities in this community are excellent and easily accessible to everyone without any restrictions or time limits. These amenities include a pool, gym, clubhouse, and play areas. While the construction is a bit older, there are no problems such as seepages. The maintenance facilities are also good, with regular maintenance of elevators and consistent cleanliness in the surroundings. The residents of this community are also good.

There is a bit of traffic around the community, and there is also limited greenery with no large trees.

The residents are cooperative and celebrate various festivals together like Onam, Ugadhi, Holi, and Dusshera. The rooms are spacious in this small society located at the center of the main road. Within 1 km, essential facilities like schools, hospitals, theaters, and malls are easily accessible. Regular housekeeping ensures cleanliness, and the 12-year-old building offers amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, club house, and children's play area.
