Good things here

I'm really pleased with our society's location, especially the nearby metro station that makes commuting a breeze. The community here is fantastic - we have a great mix of friendly neighbors and a strong sense of safety. Our maintenance team keeps the common areas spotless, and the management is always responsive to our needs. I particularly enjoy the well-maintained gardens and the peaceful atmosphere. The regular community events foster a sense of belonging and make living here a joyful experience.

Things need improvement

While the society is generally great, we do face some challenges. The daily water supply interruptions for half an hour in the morning and evening can be inconvenient, requiring some planning around these breaks. Additionally, the lack of a gym and some other common amenities is disappointing, especially for those who prefer working out at home. Despite these issues, the overall living experience remains positive.

Good things here

Transportation and parking are convenient, regular painting is done, and the elevators are well-maintained. Garbage collection is efficient, and the electricity and water supply are available 24/7. There is only a gym in terms of facilities. The neighbors are good

Things need improvement

There is no clubhouse or swimming pool. There is a park, but it's often occupied by pet lovers with their pets, which makes the area dirty. Personally, I don't like pets. their pets into the elevator and park, which makes those areas dirty. Personally, I don't like pets.

Good things here

Attentive managing commitee to resolve issues in the apartments. Connectivity is top notch like auto cabs ,local railway station is easy to approach. 24/7 water and electricity supply in the society. proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.

There are no amneities present in the society even not allocated parking space for owners ,parking has been sold out separately. There are huge seepage issues in the apartment. security is good but only inside the society on outer road there are unethical people sitting and just drinking all the time which is not safe at all.

The societies have a fantastic vibe. Here, you can purchase roomy apartments that you can later turn into duplexes with terraces. Schools, candy stores, restaurants, a large bazaar for shopping, etc. are all nearby.
