The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society.
There are Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society.
The roads around the society is more or less fine and the street lights also works at night.
Safe for kids and women at night.
I also use my personal vehicle and the society has got ample of parking space, I have never faced any parking issues. Everyone has got individual parking.
The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained.
All the garbage collections are collected from the residents on regular basis.
Issues are also resolved on time.
Lift is available and maintained properly. Lifts are functional and we don't face any problems regarding it.
Maintainance charges are affordable.
The constructuion quality is pretty good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society.
Spacious society.
Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Overall People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. read more

Good things here
I really appreciate living in this society for several reasons. Firstly, having public transportation nearby is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around even without a personal vehicle. And though parking spaces are allocated. However, I'm grateful for the timely painting of the buildings, ensuring they always look fresh and well-maintained. The presence of elevators, properly functioning 24/7 electricity and water supply, along with ample ventilation and sunlight, adds to the overall comfort of living here. It's reassuring to know that there are no seepage, leakage, or termite issues, and all modern amenities are not only present but also well-maintained. which could use some improvement. Despite being an older society, the continuous operation of CCTV cameras provides a sense of security, and the friendly nature of the residents fosters a strong sense of community. read more

Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. Exact near the society there is a bus stop.
local shops, super markets, hospitals and grocery stores, available around the society. Within 500 meters everything is available.
This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained.
Garbage collections are also done properly on time.
Proper hygine is maintained in the society.
The maintainance of the society is good, infact it's very good.
Lifts and CCTV are installed and works properly.
Only garden and club house is available in amenities.
neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated a lot in the society.
Pets are allowed and rules are followed by all. read more

Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced but that's very rare, it gets resolves if something arises.
