This is a small society consisting of 8 flats. The society is located in a prime area with convenient access to all essential amenities including schools, hospitals, ATMs, petrol stations, and bus stops, all within a 1 to 2-kilometer radius. The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of leakage. Furthermore, there is ample parking space available, and the lift is well-maintained with a generator facility for uninterrupted service.
This is a small society with a total of 8 flats. There is no formal association; residents must address issues independently. Additionally, there is no designated play area, and only major festivals are celebrated.

This small community boasts excellent connectivity within a 1 to 2-km radius. Residents enjoy easy access to grocery stores, vegetable shops, and schools, facilitated by well-maintained roads outside the society. Furthermore, reliable public transportation, including cabs and autos, is readily available, with the added advantage of an upcoming metro line. Within the society, residents have access to basic amenities such as a gym, party hall, and ample parking space for four-wheelers, all safeguarded by good security measures. Maintenance services ensure a consistent water supply, as well as twice-daily cleaning and efficient garbage collection and disposal. Notably, the construction quality of this society is impeccable, with no reported issues.
There is no swimming pool and there are no major sports facilities both inside and outside.

Connectivity, like cabs, is available if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are available on the main road of the society. The water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Ventilation in the flat is very good in the society. Parking area is excellent in the society; we can park both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers. There is also a visitor's parking area in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are conveniently available nearby the society, making everything convenient for residents.
Construction quality is very poor in the society. There are seepages in bathrooms and leakages in sinks. There are many cracks on walls, which is inconvenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area are not available in the society. It is a small apartment.
