Good things here

All amenities are up and functional. Maintenance is also low in comparison of other societies and adequate water supply.

Things need improvement

Nothing as such, I have not faced any issues in this society after staying for more than 18 months. This is the best society in this area.

Good things here

Sattva East Crest is an amazing society, variety of social activities, festivals are organized. Lots of open-space, jogging tracks, sports facilities are available as well. Neighborhood is very helpful and friendly. A well operating RWA keeps the society well maintained.

Nothing that disappoints but since the society is well lit and next to a highway, blackout curtains must be used.

It comes with commercial hubs like Mahadevapura, Marathahalli and Bellandur are within a 10 km radius. It is a well-planned project with all modern amenities. You won't be able to leave because of the simple access to the highway and the availability of nearly every form of amenity within the same grounds. A retail store, a spa, a badminton court, an organic garden, multi-level parking, a sauna, a salad and juice bar, and other amenities are available. Safety is prioritised, and the entire region is perfectly maintained.

Housing supply is dominated by ready flats by top builders like Salarpuria Sattva, Starley Global, and the Brigade Group. Runwal Timeless is a beautiful and beautiful community with excellent access to major highways and a variety of excellent colleges, schools, and hospitals. It is an ideal project for tranquil living because everything is conveniently located inside the society, including a grocery store, gym, ATMs, jogging park, swimming pool, and other facilities that are not accessible in other projects at this price. Because there is a lot of flora inside the premises, there isn't much pollution.

It is served by metro stations at Indiranagar, SV Road and Baiyappanahalli along the Purple Line of Namma Metro. Easy connectivity with local transport with availability of nearby schools, markets, colleges, hospitals, institutes and malls makes this a nice place to live. You hardly face any problems related to safety, water or power shortage. There are lots of parks, jogging tracks, gym, grocery stores, retail stores, medical shops, etc. in the premises. Furthermore, the lush greenery makes the whole place look nicer and fresh.

The stretch effectively connects Indira Nagar and KR Puram. You can do your shopping at the nearby malls and shops, which are just a few minutes' walk away. All the amenities are easily accessible, including good colleges and shops. The connectivity is excellent, as it only takes a few minutes to reach public transportation or a cab at your door. There is plenty of parking for our visitors. It's a much safer environment for families and working parents who can work in the office without worrying about their family members' safety.

The Bus Priority Lane between KR Puram and Silk Board reduces travel time by buses. It has nicely built homes and located at a good location where connectivity is not an issue and from safety point of view it is a good place to stay. Ample parking space with good connectivity along with all the facilities available nearby are few plus points of this project. Safety of the residents is important and taken well care. There are no problems related to power or water supply.

It comes with 38 world class amenities. It is a spacious locality with good construction quality with affordable prices. It is well connected to Thane and Navi Mumbai. CCTV cameras are installed in Aaradhya Highpark so; there is no need to worry about the security point. Furthermore, all the basic amenities including schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. are easily reachable. The construction quality is good but it requires maintenance.

ATM, clinic, pharmacy, convenience store, café area inside the project. Society has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and is well connected with plenty of transport options. There is no traffic congestion there. Your daily needs are met; you don't even need to go outside of society.The best part is that these cabs are available at all times. Street lights are there at even the next step. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society.

There are malls,PVRs, clubs, restaurants, bus stops, auto stands nearby and it is completely safe to live here as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere in the society along with professionals security service. The other amenities like parks and gyms are reachable at a walking distance right inside the society. Connectivity is too good because all major cab services reach here within no time.
