Good things here
There is no leakage or seepage issue in the flat. Ventilation is adequate, and sunlight comes in well. Water supply is sufficient, and there is an owner who fills the water tank daily and takes responsibility for it. Cleanliness is maintained. The society is connected to the highway, and there are no traffic issues. Public transport is easily available, and the bus stop is only 800 meters away from the society.
Things need improvement
There are no modern amenities in the society. Since most residents are tenants, festivals are not celebrated. There is an issue with parking, as there is only common parking available inside the society, which is only for two-wheelers. Four-wheelers have to be parked outside, which is a problem.

The construction of the buildings is of the best quality, ensuring durability and reliability. Residents exhibit remarkable kindness and camaraderie, actively participating in cultural festivities. The society enjoys a complete absence of seepage or leakage issues. Excellent connectivity is ensured with accessible public transport options such as buses, autos, and taxis for daily commuters. The parking area is generously sized, providing ample space for vehicles. Conveniently located nearby are grocery shops, schools, colleges, medical stores, and hospitals. The society experiences no communication or network-related challenges, and garbage disposal is effectively managed without any issues.
Things need improvement
Overall, everything was good with no issues except for the absence of amenities. Gyms, clubhouses, and swimming pools should be maintained. Connectivity and construction were good. People were also kind-hearted, and CCTVs and elevators were in good working condition.

Good things here
It's a small society but living here is quite a good experience for me. Everything is nice here. Proper garbage collection and cleanliness is maintained here. People here are very good, helpful and engaging. If talking about connectivity, parking spaces are available here and autos and rickshaws can also be fetched easily, there's no problem in that. The flats are nicely designed with proper ventilation and no issues regarding seepage, cracks. The maintenance is quite good here, the fees is also justifiable. There is timely resolution of issues. Security is also good here. I enjoy living here.
Things need improvement
There is lack of amenities in the societies, as it is a small society, there are no gyms, swimming pools and club house available here. Apart from this, I think it's a best society and I feel good to live here.

Auto and cab services are easily available, traffic is generally light except in one specific area, parking is open, construction quality is good with no seepage or cracks, there have been no sewage problems, painting is done on time, cleanliness is maintained, and there is a medium-sized park, CCTV, and security. People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
We experiences power cuts issue and there is no power backup system, and there are no facilities such as a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool available for residents.
