Good things here
I am quite happy with many aspects of living in this housing society. The maintenance is excellent, ensuring that everything is always clean and well-kept. The construction quality is top-notch, providing a safe and comfortable living environment. The amenities are quite good, offering a range of facilities that cater to various needs. Additionally, the social life here is enjoyable, with friendly people and plenty of opportunities for interaction. The security is also reliable, giving residents peace of mind.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few downsides. The connectivity is very poor, making it challenging to get around and access different parts of the city. Additionally, the park for children is not up to the mark, which can be disappointing for families with young kids. Despite these issues, the overall experience of living here is positive due to the excellent maintenance, construction quality, and vibrant social life.

The garden in the society is not well-kept, meaning it doesn't look tidy or neat. Additionally, some of the towers have issues with parking spaces, which can be a problem for residents trying to park their cars. These are areas that need attention or improvement to make the society better for everyone.

Good things here
We have parking spaces, so we never face any issues, and there's even allotted guest parking in the society. Street lights work properly. Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts and CCTV work perfectly. Security guards take their responsibilities seriously. . our neighbors are friendly and coperative ,We celebrate all festivals like Holi, Diwali together in the community hall. We also organize cultural events there. We have a gym, swimming pool, community hall and playground for the kids. there are plenty of grocery stores. Schools are also plentiful near the society.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool isn't working, even during the summer. The metro connectivity isn't close to the society. Though there's a garden, it's small, and the gym is also quite small.

Good things here
All essential facilities, including public transport, schools, markets, and hospitals, are within a 1. 5 km radius. Additionally, the property is directly connected to the highway. There's no pollution, and the construction quality is excellent, with no seepage issues. The property offers all amenities, such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, with reasonable maintenance costs. The community is great, and there's covered parking available. Traffic is minimal, and street lighting is excellent. The area is known for its cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Good things here
The neighbors were very nice. The drainage system was very good. Some parking was covered, and normal public transport like buses, autos, and cabs was easily available. There was a park, clubhouse, and parking. Ventilation was proper, and the construction quality was very good.
Things need improvement
However, there was no gym or swimming pool. The metro station was about 6 km away from the society. Some parking was uncovered, which caused problems in the sun and rain. During my time there, we celebrated festivals once or twice.

Good things here
Quality of the construction was too good as far as i lived there was no issues that had been came across,Rooms were spacious and well designed attached with the balcony. Security system was good all the areas were under cctv survilance. There are good schools ,hospitals,chemist,groccery shops near by the society. crowd of the people in the society was really good and helpful. Society was well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment.
Things need improvement
Public transport were not easy to approach near by the society like railway station and bus stand but you can approach for local transport easily. There was only kids play area and club house in the society there was no other amenities in the society. Parking area was too conjusted compare to the vehicles.

Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. Other facilities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Issues that are faced in the society are resolved timely. Security guards are available. Drainage system is very good. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The ambience of the society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses are easily not available outside the society. Water supply issues are faced, and maintainance is very high. Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. Open space and swimmingpool is not available in the society. play area is not that big. Security system could have been better, security inquiry is not done, without enquiry outsiders are sent inside. Security apps are not available. Visitor's parking is available but small in the society.

Transparent management with regular maintenance and relevant prices of homes are the few points that would make you feel that the decision of buying a home is correct. Properties with 100% power backup available. Safety is never compromised and ample parking space with well-lit wide roads. Connectivity is too good as the auto/bus or cabs can be available at a walkable distance. . There are nice parks, gym, badminton court, swimming pool, grocery stores and other facilities here.
