Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is readily available in our society through Ola or Uber. Public transportation is frequent, ensuring easy accessibility. The water facility operates 24/7, and consistent power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leaks or seepage. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are not only available but also well-maintained. Nearby bus stops add to the convenience of commuting. The streets in our society are clean, and the parking area is spacious, including a separate visitor parking area which is very convenient. Society cleaning is done twice daily
Things need improvement
Hospitals like Sakara Hospital are located quite far from our society, approximately 10 km away, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, there are no nearby metro stations, further limiting convenient access to public transportation options.

Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The parking area is spacious in the society. The construction quality is good, with no seepage or leakage issues. Overall, maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is not easily available in the society, which is very inconvenient because the society is far from the city. Public transportation, like buses, is also located far from the society, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, there are no good grocery shops or vegetable shops nearby, making daily shopping very inconvenient.

Good things here
I've been living in this society for the past 6 years, and it has been a wonderful experience overall. The connectivity here is excellent, with autos, cabs, and metro stations conveniently accessible. Maintenance is consistently good; the buildings are well-maintained, and any issues are promptly addressed. Construction quality is solid with no visible problems like cracks or leaks. The amenities provided, such as the garden, children's play area, and gym, are well-maintained and add to the quality of life here. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with good security measures and ample parking for residents and guests alike.
Things need improvement
I have no complaints at all. The society is amazing with no issues at all. Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood are all good

Good things here
Amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool are available in the society. The people in the society are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation.
Things need improvement
There are no issues in the society regarding any aspect like connectivity , construction , maintenance , amenities and neighbourhood . I am having a great stay here with no major issues.

Good things here
Because everything is cleaned up on schedule and the trash is picked up often, the society is always tidy. The entire civilization is still uncontaminated. Along with all the facilities, there's a clubhouse, garden, swimming pool, and gym for the residents. The neighbours are very kind; they communicate well and are supportive.
Things need improvement
The lack of cars or rickshaws in the vicinity of the society is causing several issues for the people. They find it extremely difficult to go a large distance and wait for an extended period of time.

Good things here
The neighbors are educated and interactive with everyone. All the amenitites in the society like garden. park , play area and gym. Bus and metro are nearby the society which is very convinient for the residents and they do not need to go far to get them.
Things need improvement
Building has some issues with the seepage and leakage in the building and there are some cracks in the building which need to be addressed to be taken care of.
