Good things here

This soc is well connected to malls, hospitals, schools and highways which makes it very convenient to live there. There are proper parking spaces and autos, rickshaws and cabs are very easily accessible. The maintenance facilities are also good here with lifts properly maintained, garbage collection facilities provided and proper cleanliness of public parks. There are no issues regarding seepage and cracks, the building is very well constructed. People in neighbourhood here are friendly and engaging. Security is also good with CCTVs and guards available.

No seepage issues

Things need improvement

There are lack of amenities in the society. Like there are no gyms and swimming pools. Sometimes there are issues of power cuts , but these get resolved quickly. Apart from this, i don't face any issues living here.

Good things here

Bachelors are permitted to reside in the society. Connectivity is convenient with autos and buses readily available, and schools are nearby. However, pets are not officially allowed despite some residents keeping them.

Autos and Cabs easily available
Public transport accessible

Things need improvement

There are significant water-related issues causing daily disputes among residents. The flats have poor ventilation and sunlight. The lifts are unreliable, with instances of children getting stuck multiple times. Festivals are not celebrated, and overall cleanliness and hygiene are inadequate. Existing amenities like the garden and football ground are neglected, with overgrown grass and poor upkeep. The nearest market is far away, and there are severe problems with both leakage and seepage in the flats.
