Nearby the society, there are malls and convenient local transportation options. The maintenance facilities are excellent, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All amenities including a swimming pool, play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, friendly, and contribute to fostering a positive social atmosphere in the society.
Things need improvement
The society offers multiple power backup facilities, but this contributes to fluctuating maintenance charges. The high cost of power backup results in increased maintenance fees. Seepage issues are widespread, especially in the basement area, which tends to flood during the rainy season. Moreover, the clubhouse is inadequate and lacks amenities, rendering it unsuitable for use.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, and the metro station is also nearby the society. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available and well-maintained. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and there are no drainage issues in the society. The residents are good, and all festivals are celebrated in the society.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.Safe and security is ensured of the residents.

Bachelors are not permitted in the society, and power backup is provided exclusively to common areas such as the lift and common lighting.

Good things here
JM Orchid society before. Autos, cabs, and other transportation options were readily available there. Recently, a mall opened near the society, and there are also restaurants nearby. The construction quality was above average with no issues. The society had amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and play space for children.
Things need improvement
There was an issue with connectivity as buses were not readily available nearby. Additionally, there were problems with mobile network coverage due to issues with nearby towers.

The area boasts excellent connectivity, thanks to the Sector 75 metro station nearby. The society maintains very good cleanliness standards. Although there were some CCTV issues, they were promptly resolved, improving security. High-quality paint was used during construction, ensuring durability and aesthetics. Facilities like the clubhouse, gyms, and parks are available and continuously improving
Things need improvement
The construction issues suggest potential structural or maintenance problems, while seepage problems can lead to property damage and inconvenience for residents.

Connectivity is good metro,auto are easily available hai . construction quality was also good , plaster and fitings are good.

Facilities like clubhouse was not there . on rainy season basement was loging with water . people are faced some network issues.

Full power backup facilities are available, although the cost is on the higher side. Stray dogs outside the society pose a risk to residents. Despite the high maintenance charges, the facilities provided are considered worth the cost.

However, the absence of solar panels was notable, which could have contributed to sustainable energy practices. While generator facilities were available for all areas, the associated costs were considerably high, which may have added to the financial burden for residents.

However, there are issues with poor build quality leading to leakage and seepage problems. The managing committee is not attentive to the needs of the residents. Despite high maintenance charges, amenities are not well-maintained and seem to exist only in name. Additionally, only a few festivals are celebrated in the society.

There were supermarkets conveniently located near the society, and transportation was easily accessible, including the metro. The quality of construction was excellent, with no reported issues. Rooms were spacious, well-designed, and attached with balconies, offering good ventilation. The fittings inside the units were of top-notch quality, and there were no reported issues. All modern amenities were available in the society, and everything was well-equipped.

Inside the society, there were no reported issues, but there were traffic problems outside during peak hours, causing inconvenience.
