Connectivity is easily available, with buses and autos readily accessible. If we book a cab or Uber in the society, it will arrive quickly. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is also available in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. The metro is available within 800 meters from the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within walking distance from the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also visitor parking available. The building gets repainted every 5 years.
Greenery is less in the society; this should be improved. Security in the society should also be enhanced. There is a traffic issue outside the society, which is very inconvenient, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, due to heavy traffic caused by a nearby church.

Construction quality is also very good, with no pending issues noted. A hospital is conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers. It is an old building, approximately 15 years old. Parking facilities are ample and convenient. There is limited greenery, but essential amenities like shops are available within walking distance, making it convenient for residents.
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and kids' play area are not available. Buses are available from a distance of 1 km, making them accessible. Elevators occasionally face delays, which can be inconvenient at times.

We have a good atmosphere in our society surroundings. Security-wise, it's excellent and safe for children; every gate has a security guard and each block has CCTV cameras. Connectivity-wise, within 200 meters, there are ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and schools. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a clubhouse and a park. Maintenance is well-managed with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water or power.
There are issues with street dogs in their society, causing concern for residents. This problem needs to be addressed to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone living in the community.

We have a park inside where children play in the evening, and we also use it to rest. Connectivity-wise, within 3 km, there are schools, theaters, supermarkets, and bus stops, with working street lights. There is good parking space. Maintenance-wise, they do proper cleaning, collect garbage daily, and ensure good water and power supply. Lift maintenance is good. Construction-wise, there are no leakages on the walls, and the rooms have good ventilation and sunlight. People are helpful and well-spoken to each other.
The road in their society is not up to the mark, causing inconvenience to residents. Improvements are needed to enhance the road quality and ensure smoother transportation within the community.

200 Vilas is their, the surroundings offer lush greenery and a welcoming natural environment. Residents can easily access buses, schools, hospitals, clinics, and shopping malls within a 500-meter walkable distance. Maintenance is smooth, with regular garbage collection and floor cleaning. Amenities include a children's play area and clubhouse.
The society lacks essential amenities such as a gym and swimming pool, impacting residents' recreational options and overall satisfaction with the facilities provided.
