Good things here
The construction of the buildings is solid, and the people in the society are really friendly, celebrating cultural events like Diwali, Holi, and Durga Puja together. It's great that there's a park for the children to enjoy, and the clubhouse is in good condition. The parking area is spacious, so there's plenty of room for everyone's vehicles. Plus, there haven't been any issues with seepage or leakage in the society, which is a relief. Communication and network connectivity are good, and the lifts and CCTV cameras are working properly. The connectivity in the area is excellent, making it easy for people who commute to work regularly to access public transport options like cars, buses, autos, and taxis. And with grocery shops, schools, and hospitals nearby, everything residents need is within reach.
Things need improvement
Everything was really convenient to access, and the construction quality was solid. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with seepage, and the CCTV cameras and elevators were in good condition. The only thing that would make it even better would be adding a gym and swimming pool to increase the amenities in the society.

The maintenance of the society was top-notch, and the construction quality was quite good as well. It's a relief that there were no issues with seepage or leakage, and the parking area was spacious enough for everyone's vehicles. Connectivity was excellent, with everything easily accessible. Residents who needed to commute regularly had access to public transport options like buses, autos, and taxis. Plus, having grocery shops, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges nearby was really convenient. The amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were well-maintained, and there was even a big park for the children to enjoy. The people in the society were kind and friendly, and there weren't any communication or network issues in the area. The CCTV cameras and elevators were also in good working condition.
Things need improvement
Overall, my experience was positive. Everything was easily accessible, with the market conveniently located nearby. The construction quality was also good, and I didn't feel that any improvements were necessary.

Good things here
The community is well-connected, with quick access to buses, taxis, trains, and cars. Travel is convenient due to the decent condition of the roads. Regular cleaning, dependable rubbish collection, and appropriate water tank cleaning all contribute to well-managed maintenance. The buildings are solidly built, with plenty of natural light, proper ventilation, and a steady. A lovely garden, a kids play area, a fully stocked gym, and clubs are among the amenities. The little park is kept up nicely, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The apartment has a few seepages and leaks, which may be cause for concern. For individuals who enjoy swimming, the lack of a swimming pool in the community is a significant disadvantage. Furthermore, although passable, the neighborhood might use some work to enhance its sense of community and recreational opportunities.

Good things here
Public transport is available for commuting to the office. The metro station is 5 km away. Schools, colleges, malls, and markets are nearby. The parking area is reserved for owners. There are amenities like a gym and a garden. Maintenance and garbage cleaning are done on time, and the construction quality is very good. we celebrate festivals like Holi and Diwali.
Things need improvement
However, there are issues with pet owners who bring their dogs into the lift and let them roam in the park, where they often make a mess. There is no swimming pool or clubhouse. The maintenance charges are very high that is 2700 rupees.

Connectivity is excellent, making it easy to travel and access public transportation. The construction quality is solid, and the neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. Parking is convenient for residents.

Maintenance is just okay and could use some improvements. Although there are amenities, there is no swimming pool, which can be a drawback for those seeking recreational facilities.

Good things here
Auto,cabs,school,hospitals are easy to approach near by the society.There are many chemist and dairies near by the society.Build quality is excellent no leakage and seepage issues in the society.Crowd of the people is good and well educated and overall socialism is also good in the society.Society has good security system ,safe and secured for kids and senior citizen.Spacious parking for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only.There is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
Olla, uber, local transportation auto and buses were easily available. malls and restaurants were there. water supply was enough for 24*7. gym and garden were present inside the society. security was great. parking was enough for all residents. society was highway connected. no water logging on roads.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool was not present in the society. traffic jam was there on main roads mainly in peak hours. power cut was there in the society, but power backup was only for common areas. there was leakage on the walls of bathroom.

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment is good as there are Good schools and hospitals near by the society even auto and cabs was easy to approach near by the society. High security system has been provided there was security staff ad cctv in all the areas. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. Crowd of the people is really good and helpful all the festivals are celebrated in the society. Railway station and bus stand is near by the society.
Things need improvement
There are minor lealage and seepage issues which has been fixed by managing commitee. Power back up is available for common areas only. There is issue regarding drinking water as boaring water gets mixed sometimes. There are only few amenities in the society like play ground and gym.

Transportation facilities are available near by the society even there are bus stop just front of the society. All are semi amenities available like gym,kids play area,club house,dj ,walking space in the society. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society overall the socialism is good in the society. Build quality is good as there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society. Maintenance charges are bit high in the society. Solar panel is available for common areas only. Allocated parking space is not available first come first serve system has been adopted.

The maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory. Public transport options are available nearby which makes the connectivity good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are also available. Construction quality is also fine. All possible issues are resolved timely. Residents are decent and well educated.

There were some Seepage issues in a building.
