Good things here
It's a relief to know that security measures are in place here in our society. Having guards around definitely makes me feel safer and more at ease, especially during the evenings or when returning home late. Moreover, I really appreciate the friendly and amicable atmosphere among our neighbors. It's nice to feel a sense of camaraderie and community spirit, which adds to the overall positive vibe of living here. All in all, the combination of effective security measures and a welcoming neighborhood makes living in our society a truly pleasant experience.
Things need improvement
The ongoing water crisis is indeed troubling. It's disconcerting to face scarcity of such a vital resource, and it can certainly disrupt our daily routines and activities. I hope that measures are being taken to address this issue and ensure a more stable water supply in the future. As for the lift, it's frustrating to deal with unreliable vertical transport within the building. Navigating multiple floors without proper functioning of the lift can be inconvenient and even challenging, especially for those with mobility issues or carrying heavy loads. I believe it's important for the management to prioritize resolving these issues promptly. Whether it's through maintenance or upgrades to the lift system, or exploring solutions to mitigate the effects of the water crisis.

Smooth garbage collection process, ensuring cleanliness within the society. Accessibility to the swimming pool and gym area, providing residents with recreational and fitness amenities. Availability of a Lodha app for management and services, offering convenience to residents.
Things need improvement
Decreased maintenance proactiveness due to the implementation of a new system, potentially leading to neglected issues within the property. Reduction in the effectiveness of gate app security with the introduction of the new system, raising concerns about the safety of the society. Malfunctioning access cards for lifts, resulting in inconvenience for residents and reliance on security guards for access.

Good things here
The people here are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The water supply is good, and there are no issues with the mobile network. The cleanliness of the society is also good.
Things need improvement
The wiring above the society should ideally be underground. Additionally, there is a significant issue with public transport in Chitrakoot, indicating poor connectivity that needs improvement. Being a DDA society, there is no swimming pool available. Moreover, in the nearby area, waterlogging becomes problematic during rainy seasons due to poorly maintained roads.

Good things here
I'm delighted with our society! The connectivity is excellent with buses and autos readily available. The society is meticulously maintained, with timely garbage collection and regular cleaning. The people here are friendly, making it a wonderful place to live.
Things need improvement
There are currently no amenities such as a gym, park, or swimming pool available in our society. Furthermore, there are seepage issues in the flats that urgently need attention to improve our living conditions here.

Good things here
It's easy to find and use public transport. The metro station is nearby, and the market area is close to the colony. The society is very clean. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed and working. Last week, we caught a robber in the neighborhood and handed them over to the police. There is temple in the society. There are no issues with water seepage or leakage in the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly to each other, and all the festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
There is sometimes water logging outside the society, but it usually clears within 2-3 hours, so it doesn't bother us much. There is no swimming pool or gym inside the society; they are located outside the premises. Sometimes we have maintenance issues, but they are resolved promptly.

Build quality is good like no leakage and seepage issues.Connectivity of the society is big plus,local transport facilities available easily.Railway station and bus stand are at walkable distance.garden area of the society is beautiful.

Security system of the colony is below average.allocated parking has not been provided in this colony.There is no amenities present in the society.
