It has been found that Cosmos Legend is a part of a building project where 5 builders are involved. There are discrepancies regarding the things they have promised. Not satisfied at all.

The team did not treat us well since the sale process was over. Lack of professionalism also reflects from the project plan. I wish I could have checked other projects before investing.

The service provider is not as good as we thought. The team is not well-coordinated and does not even consider once the sale is done. I did not expect such behavior.

The residents are not at all happy like me. There has been chaos regarding amenities such as parking space. Electricity supply was also not constant. I think my decision was a mistake.

Senior folks can feel comfortable here since the neighbors are kind and there are CCTV cameras and secured guards strategically placed around the community. There are various schools, universities, and hospitals nearby, making life easier and more convenient for both children and older folks. The connection is superb since it takes only a few minutes to go to public transportation or a cab from your front door.

It offers majority of 1 BHK and 2 BHK ready residential apartments. The roads are well-connected, and everything is close by; for example, you can walk to the nearest mall in a matter of minutes. Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are close by, and practically all forms of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time because there is no traffic or connectivity issues. In the surrounding areas, there are numerous colleges and schools to choose from. The greenery, on the other hand, is fairly good in this location.

The hill station's prime position adds to the charm of the area. Here, cricket court, jogging tracks, swimming pool is beneficial for the residents. Lot of parking space is there and there are no traffic jams in the area and you can easily reach here with your own car in no time.

About 5 km from Virar Railway Station. This project offers modern facilities such as broad, clean roads and plenty of greenery. The residences contain huge windows, vast rooms, and well-constructed bathrooms/kitchens, reflecting that they had been built with proper effort. There are almost all kinds of public transportation facilities accessible locally, so connectivity is not an issue. Nearby, there are several schools, colleges, hospitals, marketplaces, malls, and institutes.
