The apartments at Konark Garden Phase IV are good, and have good ventilation. The amenities provided are excellent, and the water problem that existed earlier has been resolved. It is very well connected by rail and road.

Konark Garden Phase IV is a society that is close to nature. The air is very fresh and the pollution levels are low. It is really peaceful, and you can enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the balcony and enjoy the scenic views.

Konark Garden Phase IV is a nice society and it’s close to the highway and the Badlapur station. All the needed facilities are pretty nearby and there is no issue with water supply. There is power back up and the security is great as well.
