The society boasts excellent connectivity with nearby schools, hospitals, supermarkets, ATMs, petrol bunks, and transportation facilities like cabs, bus stops, and a metro station within easy reach. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and ample parking options are available for everyone. The construction quality is top-notch, without any leakage or cracks, and maintenance is well-executed, including regular cleaning and reliable power backup for electricity.
Things need improvement
The lack of availability of Kaveri water within the community and the reliance on borewell and tanker water, along with the absence of proper play facilities for children, are significant drawbacks in this society.
