Residents are known for their friendly and cooperative nature, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. The society's cleanliness, both inside and outside, is commendable, supported by good security measures such as CCTV cameras. Families with children appreciate the spacious and enjoyable kids' play area, along with well-maintained amenities like the swimming pool and gym. Additionally, the presence of a mini function hall adds to the convenience and versatility of the society's facilities.
Things need improvement
It's concerning to hear about the water quality issues in the society, especially if it's affecting the functionality of appliances like geysers. Poor construction quality can indeed lead to various internal issues, impacting the overall living experience. It might be worth discussing these concerns with the management to find solutions and ensure a better living environment for everyone in the society.

In this society, over 200 families reside, and it is conveniently located near the main road. Basic facilities such as supermarkets and schools are just a 5-minute drive away, while major hospitals and shopping malls are reachable within a 15-minute drive. The society has excellent maintenance standards, there are no water issues due to the association managing tankers for residents' convenience. Garbage collection and cleaning services are punctual. Basic amenities including power backups, security guards, small play areas, elevator facilities, and car parking options are available and well-maintained with high hygiene standards. The residents of the society celebrate all festivals and events together
Things need improvement
There are no major amenities within the society, such as a swimming pool, or dedicated outdoor game facilities like badminton or basketball play areas. Additionally, there are some issues with construction quality due to seepage problems. In terms of connectivity, there are no public transportation options such as bus stops or metro connectivity.

The society's connectivity is excellent within a 1 to 2km radius, enabling residents to easily access places such as supermarkets, bus stops, clinics, and restaurants. All kinds of online orders are promptly and securely delivered. Maintenance facilities, such as regular garbage collection and timely disposal in all common areas of the society, are consistently well-maintained for hygiene. Residents enjoy amenities like a play area, and parking options are also excellent for all residents. These constructions are new so there are no complaints regarding leakages and ventilation is also good.
Things need improvement
The builder has not constructed the amenities on time like the swimming pool and clubhouse.
