Good things here
We've got great connectivity here with easy access to local transportation. The amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained. The residents are a friendly and soft-spoken bunch; we even celebrate all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the apartment is pretty bad – we've got leakage issues and cracks appearing on the building from time to time.
