The community is vibrant, with friendly and helpful residents who celebrate various festivals together. We enjoy festivities like Holi, Diwali, Ganesh Nimajanam, Independence Day, Republic Day, and Karnataka Rajyotsava. Connectivity is excellent, with a petrol bunk, school, bus stop, and supermarket within 1 km. The road quality is good, street lights function well, and there's ample parking space. We have partnerships with brokerage services, and deliveries from platforms like Big Basket and Zomato are prompt. Maintenance is diligent, with regular floor cleaning, daily garbage collection, and reliable water and power supply. The lift operates smoothly, and there are no construction issues; rooms are well-ventilated with no seepage problems on walls.
The main road near our society experiences traffic congestion during peak hours, highlighting the need for potential solutions such as traffic signals, designated lanes, or road widening to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion.

The water facilities here are excellent, accessible round-the-clock. The community is filled with friendly and respectful individuals. Plus, there's reliable power backup and efficient garbage collection, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Getting around is a breeze with easy access to cabs and autos through Ola and Uber. Ventilation in the flats is superb, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The amenities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court, are all well-maintained, offering plenty of recreational options. And celebrating festivals together adds to the joyous atmosphere of the community.
The maintenance charges in the society are notably high, which can be burdensome for residents. The construction quality is also subpar, evident in inconvenient cracks and leakage in the walls. Additionally, the lack of nearby public transportation options, such as buses, adds to the inconvenience for residents.

Connectivity like cabs is available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Autos are also available in the society, near the main road. It's a small apartment, and maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. There is only a small swimming pool in the society. Hospitals are all available nearby, within a 1 km radius from the society. Water facilities are very good in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society on a daily basis.
Construction quality is not good in the society; there are some leakage issues on the walls, and there is a seepage issue in bathrooms and bedrooms in the society. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Water facilities are very poor; the water that comes into the tanks is very hard water in the society.

The society has nice, friendly, and humble neighbors, which creates a welcoming community. CCTV cameras and security guards ensure safety. The connectivity is good, with public transport easily available. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation is maintained. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and proper ventilation. The carpet area is spacious, and amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained.
There is nothing specific to dislike about the society. I am an owner there, but I had to move out of Bengaluru a few years ago. The society has all the necessary facilities, and everything is up to the mark.

Varthur's nearest metro stop is Hope Farm Junction, which is around 5 kilometers away. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs arrive on time. In addition, there is a railway station nearby.
