Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society, making transportation convenient. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good, and maintenance is well managed in the society. Construction quality is very good with no issues of seepage or leaks since it is a new building, only 3-4 years old. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, tennis court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. There is a stable water supply, which is very convenient. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. Public transportation is available within a walkable distance of around 50 meters from the society. The greenery in the area is very good.
Things need improvement
There is no government water supply in the society. Swimming is not available in the society due to water shortages. The greenery should be improved outside the society.

Good things here
The atmosphere in our society surroundings is pleasant with abundant greenery, trees, and plants. Connectivity-wise, there's a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, and school within 1 km. The road condition is good, street lights are functional, and there's ample parking space. Online deliveries like Big Basket and Gepto are fast. Maintenance staff regularly clean and handle garbage collection efficiently. The lift is operational, and amenities include a small gym, party hall, and children's play area. The surrounding people are friendly, ensuring a peaceful living environment without disturbances in our lives.
Things need improvement
There are noticeable cracks on the walls in their society, which require attention to ensure structural integrity and maintain the aesthetic appeal of the buildings.

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is very good for e-book downloads in the society. Power backup is reliable, and garbage collection is excellent with daily doorstep service. Construction quality is very good, although there have been occasional leaks. Amenities like a kids' play area are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. A hospital is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and facilities like grocery stores available within a convenient 200 meters. Additionally, there is a university college located 1 kilometer away.
Things need improvement
There is no amenities in the society. swimming poo is still under constcrtion in the society. metro is far from the society under 7-8 kms from the society.

Good things here
In this community, there is a reliable generator for power backup, a nearby school within a 1.5km radius, a spacious party hall, and it's situated in a great locality.
Things need improvement
In this society, the construction quality is poor, owners often fail to pay maintenance charges on time, and there is no pool constructed.

Good things here
Located close to the outer ring, everything is within a two-kilometer radius, including bus stations and metro access. However, the lack of water supply undermines the otherwise friendly environment within the society.
Things need improvement
The society currently has an under-construction swimming pool, and the walls exhibit poor quality, prompting concerns among residents regarding both the delay in amenities and the structural integrity of the infrastructure.

Nearby roads are not so well maintained hence, a few spread breakers are created there to prevent road accidents. Some fruit and vegetable markets are also located within a walking distance from this area.

Some renowned schools and colleges are situated in the nearby areas of this amazing housing complex called SRS White Pearl. The maintenance charges for staying in any suitable apartment here is low.
