Owner has constructed the building with good quality of the material and there were no leakage and seepage issues.

Actually this is not society and individual building consist of 3 floors only.there is no security system and any kind of Maintenance facilities.there is no near by local market or grocery shops .bus stand and railway station is far away from the society.This society specifically belongs to one community ,so language barrier is the issue as well.

Connectivity of the apartment is good,auto cabs were easily available.schools and hospitals were near by the society.people of this society were friendly soft spoken and kind.build quality was great,no leakage and seepage issues.

Poor security system in the society,there were no watchmen or any kind of security in the society.there are no amenities present in the society.

24/7 water and electric supply available. high security system has been provided. schools and hospitals are at walkable distance.
