Good things here

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are readily available in the society, especially if we book Ola and Uber. The people in the society are very friendly and welcoming. The water facility is excellent, ensuring a continuous and reliable water supply. Additionally, there is a power backup system in place to address any electricity outages. Waste management is efficiently handled, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Essential facilities such as supermarkets, milk shops, and fruit shops are conveniently located within walking distance from the society. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Furthermore, maintenance charges are reasonable and depend on the square footage of the flats, ensuring fairness for all residents.

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is poor, evident from the cracks on the walls throughout the premises. Maintenance of the lifts is also lacking, as they frequently require repairs. Moreover, the roads within the society are not well-maintained, with numerous cracks posing safety hazards. The parking area is overly congested, adding to the inconvenience for residents.

Good things here

In our community, people are helpful and friendly. We celebrate all festivals together, with Ganesh Pooja being a grand 5-day celebration. We enjoy these festivities immensely. Maintenance is well taken care of with 30 housekeeping staff ensuring daily cleaning and garbage collection. We have 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift is well-maintained. Connectivity is excellent as we are located on the main road, with D Mart, Vijetha shopping malls, petrol bunks, schools, and hospitals all within 1 km. The road conditions are excellent, with street lights ensuring good visibility at night. Ample parking space is available, and amenities like a swimming pool and children's play area further enhance our community's appeal.

The clubhouse is well-equipped and well-maintained. I like the open area; it's large and conveniently located near a highway, so within 500 meters, there are shopping malls, schools, hospitals, restaurants. The road quality is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance is well-handled, with daily cleaning and garbage collection. There's good water and power supply, and the lift functions smoothly. Amenities like table tennis, swimming pool, gym, club, party hall, kids' play area, and walking track are available. The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate all festivals.

Festivals and events are celebrated within the community, along with cultural programs. Maintenance facilities are also good, with regular garbage collection and 24/7 water supply.

The community offers amenities such as a clinic, gym, clubhouse, pool, and activities for children like music, yoga, and dance.

Good things here

The area is isolated, peaceful, and free from pollution, with excellent security featuring CCTV cameras and security guards. The nearby main road provides easy access to bus stops, supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. Both outside and inside cleaning is very good, and construction quality is outstanding with no cracks on walls. The residents are friendly, with many being entrepreneurs who celebrate festivals such as Diwali, Holi, Ramadan, and Christmas in this society.

I moved out of this community around three years ago. During my time there, the connectivity was excellent, with schools, supermarkets, and hospitals within a one-kilometer radius, along with easily accessible bus stops and a 30-minute drive to the Secunderabad railway station. Maintenance was efficient, including regular garbage collection, water recycling, and access to borewell water and municipal corporation water. The amenities, such as a children's play area, a small swimming pool, and greenery, were well-maintained, and security within the community was reliable.

Good things here

In this society, maintenance is top-notch due to regular floor cleaning, and amenities are always kept hygienic. The amenities equipment is regularly inspected by technicians. Amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, walking paths, indoor games, clinic, and supermarkets are well-maintained. We have been residing here for the last 6 years, and there have been no issues with seepages. Connectivity is also excellent within a 1 km distance; schools, markets, hospitals, and a few temples are easily accessible to everyone.
