Construction is modest, and the location is excellent, as you can still easily access Waverock, Khajaguda, and Wipro Circle. Schools, hospitals and clinics, markets, and corporate offices are all within a relatively short distance.

It's a family-friendly apartment complex with furnished flat that's close to Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Accenture, and hospitals. The apartment complex has basic modern conveniences, but then the rent itself is on the pricier side.

Waverock IT Park is a 5-minute walk away. Heritage Fresh is nearby, and there is a local market with groceries and a variety of shops. Barbeque Nation, Domino's, and Delhi 69 are only a 2-minute bike ride away.

Nice society for families or beachgoers. The location is also convenient; you can acquire almost anything from there. Neither boisterous nor particularly silent. Because it is 50 metres from the road.
