Living here is a pleasure, thanks to the excellent connectivity and easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. The construction quality is top-notch, with no seepage issues, proper ventilation, and high-quality plaster and fittings. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and rules are diligently followed. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation further enhances cleanliness. Reliable electricity and water supply are a boon. The availability of a play area adds to the community's charm, and the neighbors are friendly and supportive. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, while CCTV cameras and security guards provide added safety.
While there are some downsides, such as a termite issue that needs addressing and the lack of power backup, which is inconvenient, there's room for improvement. Apart from the play area, which also requires better maintenance, there are currently no other amenities available.

The maintenance of the society and its upkeep is good in its spotless condition, free from any leaks or seepage. Clubhouses are well maintained reflecting the community's dedication to excellence. Connectivity is excellent with transportation options, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, ensuring easy access to various services and destinations, benefiting daily commuters. Residents appreciate the nearby lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, from schools to colleges. The expansive park offers children a great place to play and enjoy recreational activities. People are known for their warmth and hospitality, members create a welcoming nature.
The society was good, connectivity was very strong. People of the society were also good and cooperative. Although there was a need for renovation in the society. Construction should be done again as this society is very old. Gym and swimming pool were not there.

The connectivity of the apartment is outstanding. Public transportation facilities such as railway stations and bus services are available nearby, and even local transport options like auto cabs are easily accessible. The build quality is excellent, with no issues regarding leakages or seepages in the society. The construction is robust. Each flat has allocated owner's parking, and the lifts are well maintained. The residents are cooperative and helpful, and there is 24-hour water and electricity supply�in�the�society.
The metro is located far away from the society. One of the major drawbacks of this society is its lack of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids play area. Additionally, allocated visitor parking is not available�in�the�society.

Residents enjoyed several conveniences in the society, including a designated fire exit, well-ventilated flats devoid of leakage or seepage issues, and uninterrupted water supply round the clock. Security measures were commendable, complemented by ample parking space for all residents. The vibrant community spirit was evident through collective celebrations of festivals. The presence of a well-maintained garden added to the aesthetic appeal, while easy access to auto-rickshaws near the society enhanced transportation convenience.
Residents had to take a 30-minute auto-rickshaw ride to reach the nearest local railway station, and the society lacked amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

Convenient connectivity for residents is ensured by the closeness to auto, metro, and railway stations, as well as the main road, which is only a short distance away (around 100�150 meters). The elevator, cleaning, and trash collection are completed on schedule. The building is old, but it has never leaked, seeped, or cracked since it has always been well-maintained. Living in the neighborhood is comfortable because it's friendly and lovely.
Regretfully, there aren't many amenities, which is frustrating. Residents' leisure options and convenience are limited by the lack of a park, gym, clubs, children's play area, swimming pool, and parking facilities.

Connectivity here was great, railway station is just 2 km away from the society and autos and cabs are also easily accessible, roads are maintained properly. People here are of good natured, and we used to celebrate the festivals together. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. ventilation is good too, Garbage collection facilities are also provided by the society.
There are lack of amenities in the society. Gyms, swimming pools and public parks are not available here. apart from this, everything was good here.

Build quality is great,there was no leakage seepage issues in the society. proper garbage disposible has been adopted by the society. Crowd of the people was good and friendly. Society was very much safe and sound due to high security and cctv survillance. spacious parking for owners.
Schools,hospitals,Railway station is not at walkable distance from the society. There are no amenities in the society like no club house no gym no swimming pool. there is no parking for viisitors in the society.

The absence of amenities such as a children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, or park diminishes the enjoyment for families with kids or those seeking active lifestyles.

Auto-rickshaws were readily available nearby for convenient transportation. We had continuous water supply, ensuring availability 24/7. Flats were well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. Parking was sufficient, and the lifts were well-maintained for smooth operation.
Living on the ground floor meant less sunlight in my flat. The local railway station wasn't within walking distance, necessitating an auto ride. Unfortunately, the society lacked modern amenities. Leakage near the ducting area was an issue, and cleanliness standards were not satisfactory.

Within a 3-4 km radius, residents have access to banks, food shops, fast food outlets, a wine shop, hospitals, Dmart, gardens, Upvan Lake, and a shooting range. The society offers a swimming pool, garden, gym, and a good environment. It is also conveniently located near the market and has accessible public transport.
Frequent traffic jams and vehicle pollution are issues in the area. While the roads are good, they are not the best. There is also an occasional water shortage for one day, and pollution is not well-moderated.
