Big park with gallery set up available and gym, karate class, dance class ,camera security, for each building separate securities are available for 24 hours
Things need improvement
High maintenance cost, Too much rules, 11 oclock no one stay in park, Many baregates placed in walk area which is a issue for cars parked nearby,

Good things here

The reliable water facilities and power backup systems contribute to a comfortable and uninterrupted daily life. Additionally, the presence of a small grocery shop within the society caters to residents' everyday needs conveniently. The cooperative and friendly nature of the people fosters a harmonious community environment. Furthermore, amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are diligently maintained, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.

The main drawback is that it is fairly far from Mumbai, but you can easily get here in your own car in no time.

Almost all major schools and colleges are available nearby. However, you may have to walk a bit for grocery shopping, but the positives of this place are greater as compared to any small negative point, and I would recommend this project to those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location. Nice construction of homes which gives a luxurious feel as the proper ventilation and nice setup of bathrooms and kitchen makes it beautiful.

The construction is of high level and does not require much maintenance still the roads as well taken care and clean. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh.
