The maintenance of the society is good. It has a well-maintained assortment of amenities, encompassing a first-rate gym and a lustrous swimming pool and clubhouse, epitomizing the community's unwavering commitment to excellence. Navigation is seamless, owing to a reliable public transport network comprising buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Strikingly situated proximate to vibrant markets, indispensable services, and educational establishments, inhabitants reap the benefits of effortless access to all essentials. With an expansive park affording ample space for children to unwind, the community's charm is further elevated. Revered for its hospitable ambiance and camaraderie, the community is esteemed for its congeniality.
Things need improvement
There were no major problems everything is functioning smoothly and in decent condition. The residents are pleasant, and at the moment there's no pressing need for any upgrades or changes.

Good things here
The railway station is conveniently located by, and the community has good transportation options, including taxi and auto services. The maintenance crew is in charge of water tank cleaning, waste collection, and routine cleaning. Good ventilation and lots of natural light are features of the buildings. Also, the elevators are kept up nicely. The individuals are pleasant and the neighborhood is quite welcoming.
Things need improvement
The train station is not close by, and there is no metro in the area. Amenities including a park, gym, swimming pool, kids play area, clubs, and garden are absent from the society. Even though there are no additional amenities.

Good things here
Living here is very convenient with easy availability of auto cabs, which makes commuting hassle-free. The construction quality is excellent, ensuring a sturdy and comfortable living environment. The community is friendly and welcoming, and having a gym, pool, and clubhouse adds great value to the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
As a current resident, it's frustrating that general parking hasn't been shifted to dedicated parking. This issue could potentially lead to inconvenience and disputes among residents. Additionally, the prospect of flat reconstruction adds uncertainty and disruption to the living environment.

Good things here
There are no issues like leakage or seepage; the construction quality is good. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are good, and festivals are celebrated together. There is 24/7 water supply, and cleanliness is maintained. The lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society's connectivity is not good at all; autos and buses are not available. Due to ongoing road work near the society, there is often traffic congestion.

Good things here
Gym, swimming pool, clubhouse are available in the society. Building is strong without any cracks and leakage. Neighbors are okay and also i don't interact much with any of them.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is poor because the public transport like auto, rickshaw, bus are far from the society and its very costly to travel with public transport. The society is not maintained well because the garbage outside the society never get picked up.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply or logging issues in the buildings.
