Good things here

The neighborhood features friendly and courteous neighbors. Residents have designated parking, and elevators are kept in good condition. Reliable electricity and water supply are ensured. Security is provided by a guard for safety. Facilities like a gym and clubhouse are accessible and well-kept. The buildings are constructed with high-quality materials and have excellent ventilation, sturdy plaster, and fittings
Things need improvement
Despite the effective management of facilities and communal spaces within the society, occasional delays in handling maintenance requests can prove bothersome. Though generally well-managed, these delays may inconvenience residents who require prompt resolution of issues affecting their homes or immediate environment.
