Good things here
Cabs and autos are available anytime. Garbage collection is always on time. The lifts are also in good condition. Ventilation is excellent. The security guards and CCTV cameras work well. All amenities are in proper order.
Things need improvement
The bus and metro stations are 2 km away, so it's a bit challenging for us to commute to the office. The road conditions are not very good. Considering the rent of the flats, the construction quality of the society seems quite outdated.

I appreciate the efforts made to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, with timely garbage collection and separate disposal of wet and dry waste, as well as proper segregation of other types of waste like medicines, cells, and batteries. Continuous water and electricity supply, along with the absence of water logging and mobile network issues, provide added comfort and reliability. The quick resolution of any issues, thanks to the presence of housekeeping staff and the installation of CCTV cameras, adds to the overall sense of security. The availability of functional lifts, good construction quality ensuring no issues like seepage or leakage, and spacious bedrooms with excellent ventilation make for comfortable living spaces. I also enjoy the various amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, along with the convenience of having a salon available within the society. The well-maintained greenery adds to the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings, and the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents fosters a strong sense of community. It's heartwarming to see everyone coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be living in such a well-equipped and convenient location. Having easy access to public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society is a huge convenience for me. Plus, having market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby makes it so easy to run errands and access essential amenities. The fact that our society is situated on the main road and close to a metro station adds even more convenience for commuting and getting around the city. I'm relieved that we don't face major traffic issues, and the good condition of the roads makes traveling around the area a breeze. It's reassuring to know that we don't experience waterlogging issues and that the drainage system is reliable. I appreciate that our society is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, with regular garbage collection and pest control services. The availability of functional lifts, a good security system with security guards, and CCTV cameras installed further adds to my peace of mind about safety and security.

Auto easily mil jata hai. Society clean bohot hai, lekin greenery bohot kaharab kardi hai. Amenities jaise gym, pool, club house, table tennis court, basketball court, grocery store hai, cafeteria aur saloon bhi hai aur sab well maintained bhi hain. Neighbours friendly hain, sab helpful hain aur sab achche families hain. Pet friendly society hai.

Market area nearby hai lekin metro connectivity bohot poor hai. 4-5 km door hai metro station. Pehle Electricity aur maintenance bill kam tha lekin ab pichle 2 mahine se bill jyada aane laga hai. Jitna jyada ye charge kar rahe hain utna kaam mtoh ye karte nahi. Seelan aur seepage ki dikkat bhi ho rahi hai kuch flats mai toh. Time jyada ho gaya hai toh ab pipes leak karne lage hain. Thoda sa security ka issue hai, purana guards ka supervisor corrupt tha aur kaam nahi karta tha toh usse nikal diya hai aur ab naya supervisor aaya tha toh ab dekhte hain. Yahan par jyada bachelors nahi, kyunki owners bachelors ko orent karna nahi chahte
