Good things here
The accessibility to public transportation, with autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs easily available right outside our gates, makes getting around effortless. Plus, having market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants nearby adds so much convenience to our daily lives. The proximity to the metro station is just the cherry on top. The well-maintained road quality, functional street lights, and allotted parking for all residents ensure that travel and parking are never a hassle. With functional CCTV cameras, properly maintained elevators, and available security guards, I always feel safe and secure within the community. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities here, with garbage collection done on time and issues promptly resolved. The good construction quality of our buildings means we rarely face issues like seepage or leakage, and the efficient drainage system ensures that waterlogging is never a concern. But what truly makes living here special is the availability of facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. These amenities not only enhance our quality of life but also foster a sense of community and well-being among residents.
Things need improvement
People are not friendly and cooperative in the society. Apart from this the society is very good in all ways, there is nothing as such that needs to be improved. This society is a very good place for any family to stay in.

Near the society, there were multiple schools and hospitals, as well as a nearby local market and accessible local transportation. The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakages or seepages. The infrastructure was robust and reliable, providing 24x7 water and electricity supply without any power cuts. Guards were available round-the-clock, and CCTVs were installed in all areas to ensure the safety of residents. Cultural events and programs were celebrated within the society. Additionally, full power backup facilities were provided to�the�residents.
Things need improvement
Based on my living experience in that society, several issues emerged. Firstly, the amenities were inadequate for the number of residents. With 150 flats, the swimming pool, garden, and gym were all too small and not well-equipped. Parking was also a significant concern, as there was no allocated space, leading to disputes among residents about parking locations. These challenges affected the overall living experience�in�the�society.

Vaishali Metro is 1km away, Kaushambi Metro is 2km away, and the UP-Delhi border is also 2km away. NH-24 is 5km away. There are five super-specialty hospitals within 5km and more than five quality schools within 10km. Electricity is stable with backup available if needed. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, library, and clubhouse are available. Lifts are in good working order, and there's ample parking space. Food points and markets are just 100m from the society, and all-day cab/taxi/auto services are available for commuting.
Things need improvement
There's a shortage of children's parks and limited walking space within the society. For long walks and better views, residents need to go outside. The swimming pool isn't well-maintained, and pollution levels spike dangerously around Diwali. Summers are extremely hot, while winters can be bitterly cold.

Our society is conveniently located with Vaishali Metro just 1km away and Kaushambi Metro 2km away. We're close to the UP-Delhi border and NH-24. Super-specialty hospitals and quality schools are within 5-10km radius. Electricity is reliable with backup. We have great amenities like a gym, swimming pool, library, and clubhouse. Plus, plenty of parking, nearby food points, and markets. All-day cab/auto services are available too. With two malls nearby, and banks and an Airtel office in our society, it's a well-connected and comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
Maintenance fees are steep, and the terrace isn't well-kept. Guests are charged extra for gym and swimming pool use. There's still limited green space in the society.

The maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene within the society is commendable, and it's reassuring to know that garbage collection and pest control are done on time. Additionally, the presence of a good security system, including security guards and CCTV, adds to the sense of safety and security for residents. Having a lift available in the society makes it easier to navigate the building, especially for those living on higher floors
Things need improvement
Parking issues, especially for renters, can be frustrating and inconvenient. A lack of designated parking spaces or insufficient parking areas can lead to congestion and difficulty finding parking, affecting the convenience for residents and visitors alike.

The society is impressively connected, making commuting a breeze, and its well-maintained premises reflect a high standard of care. The construction quality is commendable, with only minor seepage issues occasionally. The amenities provided are ample and cater to a wide range of needs. The highlight, however, is the friendly and welcoming community that adds a warm and inviting atmosphere to the living experience.

While the society enjoys excellent connectivity and a well-maintained environment, the construction quality is somewhat marred by occasional seepage issues. Despite offering a good range of amenities, these minor construction flaws can be a source of inconvenience

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is safe and secured.
Things need improvement
Constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Great connection makes it easy to access the autos, bus, cabs, and train station. Traveling is made easy by the excellent roads. Living here is comfortable because of the structures excellent ventilation and natural light. The park, pool, and garden are among the lovely features. This place has good security, so we feel secure.
Things need improvement
Although there is no cleaning service offered, the connectivity is excellent. There are few entertainment options when there are no clubs or gyms. Even if the neighborhood is busy, there is a sense of less interaction, which may be detrimental to community involvement.

Good things here
The society recently got renovated so i am toh liking everything about it as of now. the connectivity is amazing for me specially as the metro station is only 100-150 meaters away from the society.

Their are no major issues in the society except for some of the people around.
