Almost all major schools and colleges are available nearby. However, you may have to walk a bit for grocery shopping, but the positives of this place are greater as compared to any small negative point, and I would recommend this project to those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location.

Amazing construction and design of homes along with the availability of good public transport options makes this a happening place to live. No power cut or water supply problems are there. The construction quality is good but it requires maintenance. Furthermore, all the basic amenities including schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. are easily reachable.
